Updated Kitchen & Large Community Pool – Your Seacrest Beach Escape

Nice property, fully equipped with everything you need to have a good time.

Our stay was perfect! Tram picked us up just outside the front door to go to beach. There is a cut-through path to pool that made it easy access. Easy walk to seacrest shops and take out for pizza by the sea. I highly recommend on busy weekends renting beach chairs and umbrellas. The area to put own chairs and umbrellas was so packed. Alys beach is close by and has all the 4th of July entertainment and fireworks so we just walked over. House was well stocked and there wasn’t anything I could think of that it was missing. Beds were comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great! House was clean and very cozy. Loved that bikes were included but some couldn’t be ridden without adjustment and there were no tools to do this. We had to rent one bike because of this. Groceries were a nightmare to get delivered. I could not get an order to go through Walmart after trying for 12 hours but finally got Target to go through and luckily someone picked it up. Delivery guy said we were lucky he picked up because not many will. AND you have to buy or bring EVERYTHING you need including salt, pepper and coffee filters. There are no kitchen basics provided. Some rentals include these and some don’t. It may be a property management thing so make sure you know before you go. We were worried about running out of toilet paper but our family of four made it through the 5 nights on the 4 rolls provided. I would stay here again but it was a surprise to have zero staples.

We came for a short vacation, my husband and I. We absolutely loved our time here and had so much space! We definitely will be returning with family. It is the best place to make memories and in a perfect spot! Made getting around SO easy and convenient.

The property was as the name Cute as a Bug. The property was decorated very nice , beds very comfortable. Very well updated.

Wonderful family vacation!!!!

We were extremely happy as the house was very spacious and clean. The front and back outdoor spaces were used daily and loved by everyone. Neighbors were very friendly as well. The location was perfect as it’s very close to pool, beach and all the shops/restaurants in both directions. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a house that made our stay feel like home. Property was exactly as listed. It was extremely clean and in the perfect location between the pool and community shops. We loved the walkability of the location. Will definitely be back!

This house was perfect for our family. The property is well kept and well stocked. The neighborhood was beautiful. It was so nice to sit on the porch swing. Lots of beach toys, at least 4 beach chairs, many beach towels. Tram makes it very convenient to get to the beach. Only drawback was that the community pool, while beautiful and well kept and huge, was freezing when we went (October) but the gulf was a nice temperature so we did more beach.

We loved this house so much we decided last minute to stay an extra night! Communication to get that done was easy and the people to contact in charge of the house were easy to get in touch with. We loved our stay and hope we can rent the same house in the future.

Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights. The house was clean and in great condition. Plenty of towels and travel sizes of condition, shampoo, bar soap, and detergent. We did not cook but had plenty of plates and silverware. The landscaping at this house was pretty - I think the best on the street. The instructions we were given to receive the necessary wrist bands for the beach and pool were not accurate. You now need to check in and pick them up by the office at the pool. We wondered around awhile trying to find the pool. Security was helpful when we called them. We had no number for the customer check-in office. We had to call the management company to replace the front door keypad batteries so we did spend about 40 minutes waiting on the porch for them. They were polite and helpful though. The pool is huge and even during the afternoon when it seemed the busiest - there was plenty of room in the pool and chairs. Our family loved the night swims because the pool was usually empty - it closed at 9:45pm. The private beach was very crowded. If you pay for the beach service your chairs and umbrella will be packed into tight rows. We only used the private beach for a couple hours. The other days we drove down to Inlet beach and it was perfect. The end further from the restrooms was not crowded at all. I highly recommend checking it out. The house had beach chairs, small umbrella (the larger umbrella was missing a pole), beach toys, cart, bodyboards, blanket.

We had a wonderful time for our girls trip!! Everything was stocked well and was the best location!! We definitely would rent again!

We loved our stay here! It was perfectly located within walking distance of waiting you could ever need. The shuttle to the beach is nice, the pool is nice, the bikes were really fun! It was great. Would definitely stay there again

We had a great stay, plenty of room for our family and our friends family that joined us. The bikes were great and we enjoyed the beach supplies- umbrella, chairs and toys. The home was clean and it the perfect location, we will be back!
