Our property is an ideal spot for large family vacations, family reunions, destination holiday trips, and weddings! We have a beautiful garden area with a lush landscape, a heated/chilled pool with relaxing waterfalls, a paved walkway that leads to two ocean-view grilling areas, an updated beachfront pavilion, and our private beach area that is furnished with loungers that can be taken to the surf daily. All of our cottages have full kitchens with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. They are also in a prime location that is within walking distance of several great local spots and shops. brbr#1 The Yachtsman: Beach front cottage with two queen bedrooms, queen sleeper sofa, and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.brbr#2 The Reef: Second cottage from the beach with one queen-sized bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.brbr#3 The Angler: Third cottage from the beach with two bedrooms, each featuring one queen size bed, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and one bath. This unit sleeps up to six guests.brbr#4 The Beach Lodge: The fourth cottage from the beach is at the back of the property by Gulf Blvd. Spacious two-story cottage with three bedrooms and three baths. One bedroom with a queen-sized bed and full bath with a large shower, the second bedroom with a king-sized bed, and the third has two bunk beds with a full-sized bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The third bedroom is accessible from the King bedroom only. The second bathroom is closest to the second bedroom and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps up to ten guests.brbr--brbrImportant Information brbrHouse Rules: br1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. This is an extremely well-appointed vacation spot giving its guests everything they need to have fun and relax while on vacation. It all starts as you pull into the horseshoe driveway surrounded by beautiful mature Florida landscaping. As you enter you are met with a long wall of sliding glass doors leading to the pool and dock. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a coffee bar along with a juicer, and an island with barstools so everyone can sit and chat while beverages are being made or dinner is being created. Very comfy living room chairs and a large sectional are perfect for lounging at the day's end to watch a movie on the big screen TV. All 3 of the bedrooms are made up with tropical decor and a TV in each. The outdoor oasis is where most of your time will be spent if you're not at the nearby Indian Rocks Beach. You will have a beautiful heated pool along with pool toys & floaties, sun loungers, a fire pit, and an outdoor dining area. There are chairs out on the dock to just sit and enjoy being on the water. There are fishing poles in the garage and the dock is set up with a cleaning station!! No need for a rental car while on vacation at this home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a family dinner as well as coffee maker and Keurig. We provide complimentary coffee, soap, shampoo and conditioner for your use. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of spice you may need! brThe home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ.brThe home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure. brThe location of this home makes it a much sought after vacation spot which, after experiencing the view it has to offer, you will never want to leave! brThe pool is currently not heated but we have had plenty of previous guests stay in December and have told us they have swan(see reviews)brbrWhat’s included! brbrUse of 2 kayaks, a couple of fishing rods, you may want to try your hand at fishing! brbrWe do provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon for use. We are pet friendly and kid friendly, providing a portacrib, high chair and adjustable baby gate. The condo is located on the first living level of the building, and is accessible by two elevators at the center of the building, an enclosed stairwell nearby, and your very own spiral staircase from the balcony to the ground/parking level. Your parking spot is designated and one space over from the bottom of the spiral stairs, and your beach storage closet is directly at the foot of said stairs. brbrTake advantage of several restaurants within easy walking distance, or rent a bike or paddle board and enjoy the outdoors and sunshine! At the end of the day, enjoy sleeping in rooms with blackout window treatments for a blissful night's sleep,brbrThe kitchen is well supplied with a full size coffee maker as well as a Keurig, a whistle kettle for tea, chef knives, Mikasa china, and every tool you will need to prepare meals should you choose to do so, including a large Crockpot, blender and mixer. The second bedroom offers the full-sized desk and office chair. The third bedroom features a twin daybed and trundle that can be stored when not in use. Each bedroom has its own TV and we subscribe to the Spectrum sports package, so you get everything but the Premium movie channels. Purchases are disabled, and Amazon Prime and Netflix streaming are provided free. If you wish to rent a movie and stream from your own laptop, there is a spare HDMI cable in the entertainment center for that. Or bring your own streaming stick with the apps you have! And since this is an end unit, it is bright and cheerful, and the hurricane rated windows provide a quiet interior to enjoy relaxing and resting, or working remotely if needed.brbrEnjoy your private stairway to the ground level so you can go straight out to the pool or beach, or take your food directly to the grill without waiting for an elevator. You have a designated parking space a few steps away from the staircase, and a storage closet directly at the bottom of the staircase filled with beach chairs, a couple of umbrellas, and toys for kids of all ages to enjoy. Each bedroom has cable TV, and it's own full bathroom. The first master bedroom features a king sized bed, TV, walk in closet, plus a large attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaker tub with jets. The second master bedroom also has a king size bed, it's own TV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed, and is right next to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This roomy condo sleeps 6 and would be perfect for three couples traveling together!brbrThe main living space boast a an open concept and easy access from the living room to the dining room and kitchen. The main space features a huge living room with a very comfortable sectional and chair, a flat screen smart TV, plus a DVD player, for relaxing and enjoying a night at home after a long day at the beach. There are two dining tables with plenty of seating for everyone, plus bar stool seating for a quick bite to eat. The kitchen is updated and has all the necessities and tools you'll need to cook up your favorite home cooked meals and snacks.brbrThe beautiful sundeck and swimming pool are just steps away from the ocean, and a short walk through the parking garage- no roads to cross! Visit the Clearwater Beach area for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions.
