The condo is absolutely beautiful and has everything you would need for your home away from home. All of the appliances are practically brand new, the kitchen is extremely nice and roomy, as is the dining and living room. Each bedroom is spacious. The pictures of the condo are excellent but the condo is even more unbelievable in person.Everything you could want is within walking distance - pool, beach, restaurants and, of course, the ice cream shop.We are already looking forward to our next trip to IRB. Sue is extremely easy to work with and we cannot recommend her and Island Sands enough ... we are so pleased with everything about Island Sands and feel so fortunate to have found these condos last year. I am sure we have found our vacation destination for many years to come.

This is our third time visiting Indian rocks, but our first time staying in this condo. It was very clean and the location could not have been any better.

The property is beautiful and very well equipped. It is a second row property so you only have a small window of a view of the Gulf from one side of the dining table. BUT, it is steps to the beach and has a nice heated swimming pool with great lounge chairs. My sister-in-law put burgers on the new grill for dinner one night. We travel with my husbands two sisters and their spouses each year in March for 4 years in a row now. This was a great experience for all of us. We loved the closeness to the grocery store and spent time going back and forth on Gulf Blvd to different restaurants each night. We highly recommend this property. The managers are very responsive. It is very clean and was very well set with garbage bags, dish tabs, dish soap. The beach towels were great and the new appliances are beautiful!One thing that bugged us was the close proximity to the road/intersection. The traffic while trying to go to sleep at night was loud. The revving of motorcycles and trucks was annoying. It was a minor issue.

Perfect place to stay on the beach. Great pool, amazingly wonderful, clean, spacious condo. Walking distance to everything!

Overal it was great! Beds could have been more comfortable and there were extra pillows but no extra pillow cases to put on them. Plenty of room to spead out! Would stay there again!

The condo is spacious and comfortable, and tastefully decorated. We have always been very pleased with the property manager's professionalism in answering any questions we had. This time there were some minor maintenance issues, and the response to my alert was pretty much immediate and resolution of the problem was prompt.We love the close proximity to the beach, and the ability to walk to several area restaurants, including Slyce Pizza, Crabby Bill's seafood, and Tropical Ice cream and Coffee.We enjoyed Smuggler's Cove miniature golf, Tampa Bay Grand Prix indoor go kart racing, and took a day trip to Busch Gardens amusement park. Some of our party visited nearby Clearwater Marine Aquarium.Also, Pier 60 is always a treat!Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay as always, and would highly recommend Island Sands Condos and manager Sue Elliot at Long Key Vacation Rentals to anyone wanting a great place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach!
