Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing and applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. br5. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side of the house. Trash day is Monday and Fridays. Please take the recycling and/or trashcan to the curb on that day and bring it in after pick up on that day. br6. Water and hot water: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or diapers should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or diapers have been flushed and clog the system, you could be charged for the repairs and damages. br7. Do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70F. The coils will freeze and you will be charged for damage to the unit. br8. Please note we do not offer refunds of any kind for any reason if it’s outside of the cancellation policy in place.
