Family Tides, Great for groups, Ocean View, Pool/Waterfall, Spa, Golf Cart Incl.

I spent a week here with my family and friends to celebrate my 60th birthday. The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space, even though we all spent a lot of time in the rec room playing games and partying. The house is so convenient to the beach, trolley, grocery store, restaurants. The golf cart is great amenity with this house. There were a couple of hiccups, but nothing that was going to ruin the fun. I felt like there should have been a better supply of toilet paper and paper towels, so that we wouldn’t have had to ask for more or go buy it. I recommend having some kind of cleaning spray or solution for wiping down counters and tables. We had to go buy some because wiping down with dish soap and water just doesn’t do the job. The floors didn’t seem like they had been cleaned good in awhile, my granddaughters feet were black the first day from the floor in her suite. It advertised bikes that were not there. It is definitely stocked with enough beach chairs and toys for the entire group. My granddaughter loved the little play area that was a new addition I was told. I am also not sure if it was the time of year that we there, but the pool doesn’t get any sun until the afternoon. We laid out in the sun on the roof and the porch until we were able to use the pool lounge chairs. All in all it was a great week and I would recommend this property and would probably book again if I had big group visiting the area.

This was the most gorgeous property! So close to the beach and has everything you and your big group need! 10/10 recommend.

Second time we have stayed at this location. Can't wait to go back again.

This was a great place to stay for our family reunion of 22 people from 6 different households , with 3 generations ( teenagers to senior citizens) and 8 teens. We appreciated the large swordfish suite living area and kitchen where we usually gathered, but also liked the separate 4 smaller suites with smaller kitchens and washer/dryers where each family could spend the occasional introverted time. The property was well stocked for pool time, beach time, and home cooked meals. Very conveniently located to beach, Publix grocery store pharmacy, beach supply store, coffee and many others. The 6 person electric golf cart was also useful for easily cruising to either norther or southern tip of the island.

The place was great for our four children & twelve grandchildren to celebrate our 55 th wedding anniversary.

This amazing property allowed our large family (21) to have wonderful together time yet have our own space when needed. The location to the beach was so convenient. The private pool was the kids favorite.

Great property for our family of 20 - adults and kids. Outside space and pool area were well enjoyed. Key pad locks were nice but the kids figured out to unlock them quickly. The downstairs room was very useful. If it had a stove it would have been perfect. The property is in good condition.

This is our third year to stay for an extended family vacation. It as usual was a great, relaxing time. We really enjoy the beach and the pool and walking to the many shops close by.

Each one of the Suites cater to our needs and the pool was a big plus. And we were only a few steps from the beach, which made it even better again. Definitely would stay again. Host was very responsive to our needs.

The property was complete. Fully furnished as mentioned on website. We had 27 in our group ranging from 1 month old to 63 years of age. Lots to do for all. Pool was fantastic with a large game room adjacent. Grills were used multiple times. Beach location is 200 yards. Golf carts were great. Highly recommend. Grocery, restaurants, shops, bars, all with in half mile. Highly recommend. we will be back.

Stayed with 12 children and 14 adults and the place was the perfect size for our group! Everything was great and very accommodating to families with small children. Very close walk to the beach. Great pool! The large multipurpose room could really use a dishwasher especially for groups that like to cook and eat together! Make sure kids wear shoes on the stairs/deck or they will get slivers.otherwise no issues! We had a wonderful time!

This is a perfect place for big families who need separate space. Each unit is accommodating, spacious, and inviting. The pool, hot tub, lower gathering room, and quick walk to beach with wagon and toys was a huge plus! The only reason for three stars for cleanliness was because our socks were dirty from the floor and washing machines could be cleaned from dirt, but I am a neat freak so it probably wouldn't bother others. It's a huge place to keep clean so it's understandable and the cleaning lady we met was a gem and so sweet! There was immediate response if there was a question. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

This property was great for our family! Plenty of gathering areas and plenty of separate areas too. We liked the location near restaurants and grocery store. The beach was close and beautiful. Any issues that came up were quickly taken care of by the owners. We will definitely come back!

Everyone in our group enjoyed the stay. The pool was our meeting place. We would stay again.

Great property, great location with close beach access. The plants around the pool could have been trimmed back to allow more access to the chairs and the grills were not in good shape. The overall layout was perfect giving everyone their own space or the ability to gather together in the large common areas.
