There is parking for 1 car on the driveway.brbrFully air conditioned with 4 bedrooms (2 en-suite) and 3 bathrooms mean there is plenty of room for everyone. One of the master bedrooms is downstairs so gives easy access for anyone who might have any problems with stairs.brA lovely open plan layout with a comfortable lounge which leads into the kitchen, the family can still be together when meals are being prepared. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals and has a microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. It has a breakfast bar which seats 3 and a nook seating 4 with lovely views over the pool and golf course behind. brbrA 55 Smart 4k TV with Netflix access, DVD player and a cable package with 100's of channels and PL Football in the open plan lounge means that there is something for everyone to enjoy watching whilst you chill out.
