Fab 4 bed 3 bath Villa, Pool & Games Room , 25 Minutes from Disney

A really lovely villa with everything you need for an enjoyable Disney holiday. Quick and easy check-in and good communication with the host. Lovely view of the golf course from the pool area. 5-10mins walk to Walmart for groceries. Unfortunately due to road works it took over an hour every day to get to the theme parks from the villa. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend.

This was our second stay at this property. It's a nice place, clean, and quiet. Even the neighbors are friendly. We appreciated the master bedroom closet has now been opened since our first stay so we could hang up our clothes. We would stay here again.

Location perfect. Felt safe at all times. Have previously booked about six times at Southern Dunes rentals which made knowledge of area (winter haven, Old town etc) easy to access.Interior furniture (sofa) needs a little T.L.C. If guests have two vehicles parking would be an issue.

We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful home. Julie is a 5 star host and our annual golf trip was a success as we enjoy staying in and playing Southern Dunes CC. It is our favorite course by far. The convenience of the house to the courses we play made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

It was a perfect size house and location for our family. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great two weeks spent here over Christmas and New Year. The house was slightly smaller than what we have stayed in before but it felt like a “home” and everything that we needed was there. My parents (both in their 70’s) had the downstairs bedroom / bathroom and my husband and I plus 13 year old daughter had the upstairs facilities. The onsite golf club is wonderful for food and drinks and within walking distance. The house was well equipped and clean. We spoke to the house owner several times to ask general questions and she answered very quickly . Location is good for all attractions and Walmart is at the entrance to the gated community. Highly recommended and would definitely return

My family spent two weeks at Southern Dunes in October/November on this well located, safe and secure area. The villa was well stocked with everything you would need. In the kitchen there were plenty of appliances including coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave and a lovely big fridge freezer to store your food and drink. The villa is well looked after and very clean. All the bedrooms are a really nice size and the bed in the main bedroom was really big and very comfy to sleep on. The neighbours next door were very friendly and kindly offered any assistance should we need it. From the pool area of the villa there is a lovely view of the golf course. The area is really quiet. There are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby including a massive Walmart which has everything you need. Manny's Chop House which is just 2 or 3 minutes down the road is a must as the food and service was amazing. The owner Julie was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her when we left something behind after we had left. Myself and my family would highly recommend this villa and we would have no hesitation in booking here again. Thanks Julie, we had a very happy stay.

We are glad we found this house to stay in on our vacation. It felt safe being a gated community and it was peaceful to look upon the gulf course.

The house is clean and the pool was very enjoyable during the hot days. The view of the golf course was fantastic, and the distance to Walmart was perfect. . Our overall experience was great. You have a lovely little house that fits our family of 4 perfectly. The only negative note is the quality of the beds. The mattresses in 3 out of 4 bedrooms are very, very uncomfortable and need to be replaced.
