Villa Bonita. Southern Dunes 4 star golf course. Disney and Legoland area.

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s a beautiful home, very clean and spacious. It was the perfect spot for visiting family. We really enjoyed the pool!

The host communicated in advance with information about the property and what to expect. The house was clean upon arrival.

Location was great, easy access, well equipped, mattresses could use replacing they were very squeaky.

Only thing I could add is king bed in master, more pots and pans and shower head for master bath. There is a small ant problem.

The property was well placed to give you a feeling of comfort and distance from the busy side of Orlando but also locality to all the parks that felt like you weren’t journeying for hours everyday to travel

We loved your home. It was clean, not a bad location and loved the pool. Very close to Walmart and loved the gated community.

Loved staying here! By day two m, it felt like home away from home and felt so safe! I loved the location and our option to go explore or just hang out by the pool!

This house was clean and in.great location. The owner was readily available to address a few minor issues.

We rented this home for the pool and got a very bad experience, first the pool was very cloudy not sure if it was due to chemicals. Tried asking the home owner and they brushed me off . Next there are holes in the screened in patio and that allows many flies and in Florida we have many mosquitoes, so my guests and myself were bitten several times, as we wanted to spend our time at the house by the pool. With us wanting to be out by the pool we wanted to grill out , there is a gas grill but no gas , I asked about the gas and was told can use charcoal, in which the charcoal grill is for rotisserie and not made for grilling. Some of the burners on the stove did not work, oven did not work properly. Being as the amenity that we wanted was the pool and the horrible experience of the bug bites , we rented for 2 days but only stayed the 1 night. The house needs upgrades and repairs, for our experience we lost our money

everything was great but the shared bathroom faucet wasn't working so 6 people had to share 1 faucet throughout our whole trip and for one of the bedrooms with the 2 twin beds, the curtains wasn't working properly (it kept on falling off).

We enjoyed our stay very much and the Villa has everything needed to allow you to have a lovely relaxing time. The pool is a good size and is attended to each week to keep it clean and heated.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the gate attendants were really nice. The owners were very responsive to all of our inquiries!

Wonderful home with everything we needed for a great relaxing experience. Of course we will return. Location is central to so many experiences young and old- airboat ride in Everglades checked off bucket list.

First, the check-in process was simple and easy. The location was ideal for our needs, Ironman Florida 70.3. The house was clean and had everything we needed in it. I highly recommend staying at this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family stay on our trip to Legoland and Orlando attractions. The property was very clean and met our needs perfectly. The pool was the icing on the cake for when kids got back or had some down time. The owner communication was top notch and very friendly and professional. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place, lots of room, great pool, exactly as advertised.

This home was in a lovely quiet neighborhood on a golf course. Lovely places to walk the dog, and just generally relax. Pool was just wonderful! After a day of visiting friends or playing golf, this was a nice top-off. Comfortable furniture inside as well! The only issue is the double remote controls for the television! We are not tech savvy so it was a challenge. But the host was great in response to our questions and helped us out. All in all, as they say, a good time was had by all!

Property was better that the photo's! Stayed on Southern Dunes each time we have visited over the last 17 years. Wonderful destination, traffic is getting heavier though! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall we had a fabulous time at this property, everything was exactly as advertised. Our only complaint is that we were provided 2 open rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for 2 nights.

Overall this location has everything you need! We wanted somewhere to relax/unwind and this place was perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet as well! Definitely will be booking again!
