There is a lazy river perfect for floating in the sunshine. No need to bring your own tubes as they are provided! There is a huge activity pool with beach entry, fun mushroom waterfall, and rope ladder attraction that will keep the kids busy for hours. While the kids are playing, relax under the 10' waterfall, soak in one of the 2 hot tubs, or hide in the cave. When lunch rolls around there is no need to leave. Use the numerous grills provided throughout the pool area or eat at the Tiki bar that serves up burgers and snacks. They also make some amazing cocktails ;) If you are wanting to escape the excitement, then proceed to the upper deck. There you will find a huge heated pool (heated in the colder months) where you can relax or sunbathe on a comfortable lounger. There is also a decked out splash pad for the little ones sure to entertain them in a safe environment. For adults that want to keep up their workout routine, there is a large fitness center with cardio and strength training options.brIf the pool is not your scene, then the beach is right there! This is great for families with young children, older family members or if you just want the convenience of being close to parking. This condo is located near the rear of the complex, near the parking garage, but everything at Waterscape is easily assessable. brbrAll rooms have large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD players. Sleeping areas include a master bedroom with a king bed, 2nd master with a king bed, bunk room with twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. Both bathrooms have garden tubs and stand-up showers. One of the showers is so large you literally could fit the whole family in there! There is also a half bathroom (sink/toilet) next to the bunk bed area. This condo has been UPGRADED and RENOVATED.... it has large 18-inch tile throughout (no carpet), a large 60-inch LED smart (internet ready) TV in the living room and a high efficiency washer/dryer. The dining room table will sit 8 comfortably. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. (Please note: Entire beach studio condo space is approximately 500 sq ft, is an open concept, no private bedroom, no beach view from this 1st floor).brbrIn order to book a reservation you must read, understand, and agree to the rental agreement and all house rules (below):brbrRENTAL AGREEMENT br•All renters (and all guests accompanying the renter) must be responsible, mature and respectful.br•You must provide a clear photo/copy of your valid government ID through the booking platform the day you book the reservation. br•Assume responsibility if you or if anyone from your party (any guest) causes a loss and/or damage to the condo and/or its contents.br•In accordance with Florida State 509.141, reservations made under false pretenses are null/void and checkin/stay will not be permitted. Dispose of all sanitary products in the trash (including female wipes, baby wipes, makeup remover wipes, cleaning wipes, female pads, plastic or paper female tampon holders, diapers, and/or any other similar products). Do not flush any of these or other similar products down the toilet.br•14). Maintain both doors closed (main front door and back glass sliding door) while the air conditioner is on/running.br•15). Keep all bathroom towels inside the unit at all times. Do not take bathroom towels to the beach, pools, fitness center, saunas, and/or other areas. br•16). Use the black facial towels (located under the sink) for face drying after washing face for any makeup removal. Do not utilize any of the white towels for any makeup removal. For your convenience, complimentary makeup removal wipes are provided. br•17). Do not disconnect and/or remove any of the electronic devices and or equipment from the entertainment center/TV area. br•18). Do not connect your personal electronic devices and/or equipment (such as video game consoles, or other similar products) to the entertainment center/TV area. br•19). Do not bring items that may contain sand and/or water inside the studio condo. You may utilize the outdoor shed located on the patio area to store those particular items (such as beach chairs, beach umbrellas, swimming clothes, swimming gear, sandals, floaties, goggles, etc.). br•20). During your stay and on the morning of your checkout, take all trash to the dumpster (which is conveniently located near Building 6, just a few steps away from the parking lot).br•21). Make sure you close and lock both doors every time you leave the studio condo (main front door and back glass sliding door). br•22). Upon your checkout, turn off the: television, all lights, the ceiling fan, and any major/minor appliance with a power button. All of these should be turned off to save energy and prevent additional charges/fees.br•23). Pots and Pans should be washed by hand (to help remove all difficult residue).br•24). All soiled dishes, glasses, cups, utensils and other, should be placed inside the dishwasher prior to your checkout (please use top and bottom rack accordingly).br•25). During your stay, if you prefer to wash soiled dishes by hand (and not by dishwasher) place clean dishes inside the dishwasher after washing them so they can air dry before storing them back inside the cabinets. br•26). When making coffee, use a white disposable coffee filter (complimentary white disposable filters located inside pantry). The reusable coffee filter is part of the coffee machine and should be clean after each use and not thrown away. br•27). Leave all soiled/utilized linens out and unfolded.
