GREAT FOR FAMILIES- Huge 3/3 Gulf-Front Condo with 32' Balcony

It is a large unit very suitable for family vacations. The area around has shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach. The balcony was perfect for the calming sound of the waves along with your cup of coffee in the morning.

The view of the ocean and proximity to georgous beach was incredible.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for.

We loved the location and the views from this condo are spectacular, but the condo needs some updating. Missing cabinet door knobs and loose handles, old area rugs, and narrow steps into the primary shower need attention.

Had a great stay on Fort Walton Beach. The large balcony is wonderful with a beautiful direct oceanfront view. Spacious condo. Nice building with shopping carts to haul your groceries up. Extra fridge, ice maker, and in suite W/D much appreciated. Heated outdoor pool and easy beach access.

We loved the waterfront location and the beach was just gorgeous. The condo was large enough for the 6 of us to have plenty of room. Location, location, location! Now there were some downsides to the condo. The floors were filthy.molded

Had a great weekend at the condo - had a minor hickup getting gate code, but Jason took my call and real time solved our issue. Recommend!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the breathtaking view from the balcony every morning while eating breakfast and watching for dolphins. So many great features to the condo, including the big bathtubs, ice machine, washer and dryer, amenities for the beach, and open concept in the living room and kitchen. Jason was so kind, helpful, and accommodating as a host!! Will definitely recommend to everyone we know and stay again!

Our annual family trip was perfect. Plenty of room for 7 people. Beds were comfortable. Love the large couch and big picnic table. Quiet location. Never heard any noise from outside except the waves.

Beautiful condo on the beach. Location was easy to get to. Security was great. Amenities were great too.

Usually places like this are much smaller than they appear, but this one is exactly as advertised. It was able to comfortably fit 9 adults without getting in each other’s way. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony just awesome! The downside was it needed some upkeep. Two of the three toilets broke while we were there, the garbage disposal was not working, and none of the dvd players functioned. The owner was responsive and fixed most of it right away. It was a minor inconvenience but on vacation even those are not welcome. The shower was very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Don’t wash a lot of clothes as the dryer vents would stop up very frequently… again minor complaint. I would rent it again if I had a large group.

We try out a different condo/resort every summer and have stayed in Okaloosa many times. This unit has a gorgeous view, big balcony, large living space (we had 5 adults and 5 children ages 5-15) and is very well equipped. We loved having laundry in the unit, plus a second fridge since we cook all of our meals for a large family each day. The ice maker was also a huge hit! We were there in peak season and had no trouble with wait times for elevators or finding front row beach frontage to enjoy all day. The unit could use a refresh as it looks and feels dated and a bit worn, but we had a wonderful time overall and the extra amenities helped us overlook the rest.
