Just as pictured! Very nice place. Owner communication was great. Pool needs a few umbrellas. Beach is steps away and beautiful. Having 2 sets of chairs is a great extra! Would stay there again

Nicely remodeled property in Fort Walton Beach. Pool was cleaned and maintained daily and beach service with two umbrellas and 4 chairs was perfect! We would recommend this spot for families looking for a relaxing time away in the Destin area. Property owner Renee was amazing and responsive to all our questions and needs!

It was a very nice condo spacious enough for a family of 5 with an excellent location and steps away from the beach. The 2 sets of beach chairs included was an added bonus. It came with a full size washer and dryer in the unit as well as a stocked kitchen other than I couldn't find a dishcloth. There is 2 outdoor pools that are rather large, which is nice so there is always a place to get in without crowding others. I have stayed at Waters edge for the last 4 or 5 years and this has been the best unit. I will definitely return to this unit every year.

Wonderful week in the Gulf of America

We had a fantastic 7-night stay at this beach condo in Fort Walton! The host was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with from start to finish, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect for beach access and exploring the area. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Condo was roomy, clean, well stocked, lots of bath towels, shampoo soap and conditioner. The balcony and its furnishings made sitting outside very comfortable. All the furnishings including beds were very nice and comfortable. Love easy walk to the beach and getting 2 umbrellas and 4 Chairs was a wonderful bonus. Could use a better set of knives but we loved our stay and will be back

The condo owner was amazing to work with! Communication was excellent and she went above and beyond with sending great restaurants in the area, Facebook groups to follow before our trip, and how to get the flags each day via text. The condo is exactly as shown, beautiful and clean. I have a 15 and 17 year old who slept on the bunks, which they didn’t like, but otherwise everything was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We were down for a week with our family and we loved every minute! Renee was great at communicating, we were able to check in a little early and it was clean! Beautiful ocean view and off the main road so not as much traffic! We had 6 people (4 adults and 2 kids) and the size was perfect. A beautiful time had by all and hoping we can come back! I’m so glad my family and I chose this condo for our family vacation. If you’re looking for a stress free, relaxing, amazing vacation this is the one. We didn’t have any issues the entire stay. First thing walking in was the smell. Smelled great, and was extremely clean. The pictures and decor were beautiful. Everything worked, well stocked with starter supplies, and had everything we needed, cooking wise, plus more. We hosted a group dinner and there was even a crock pot which we used. I’ve never experienced communication as well as I did staying here. Direct line of communication with the owners and they provided helpful information during our stay. We always like to stay in different properties for the experience on vacations but we have found our spot now, because we now know we will be taken care of.

We stayed in rm 409. Check-in was very easy; clean; prompt responses from owner; extra touches and treats provided by owner. Will definitely recommend. Property wa clean and property management was very helpful.
