Waterscape B101 ~ 3BR Ground Floor Oceanfront Condo ~ Easy Pool/Beach Access

This place is excellent ground floor unit that sleeps 10. Waterscape has just about everything you could want. Heated pool..pool food bar.. lazy river.etc.. this unit is on the top of our list to return

This resort was wonderful with beautiful pools and easy access to the beach. We liked being on the ground floor, where the kids could play in the yard. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them. Kitchen well stocked. We plan to be back!

This condo was perfect for our trip, we did not go without anything and even had a few things that we weren't expecting making our trip even better.

The room was terrible the bathrooms smelled like mildew and mold. I actually believe a motel 8 would have been cleaner. I will definitely not be going back. Also directly across the street were a few strip clubs. Not really ideal are for a family vacation.

Absolutely wonderful condo with beach views and ground level access to pools and beach. The condo is nicely equipped with modern kitchen appliances, nice decor and very comfortable beds. I've been a yearly renter from coastal vibes at Waterscapes and I'll definitely be back for B101.

I rented two suites again this year and will continue to do so. We have such a great family fun time of beach-combing, flying kites, soaking up the relatively warm winter sunshine on the Emerald Coast. I've decided to make this a family tradition and bring my children, grandchildren, and great grandchild every winter that I have left to live. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, convenient, clean, and support staff are the best. Booking is super easy. Best kept secret!

We have stayed here for several yrs…love the ground floor, close to the pool and beach.. Five minutes from the boardwalk with lots of great places to eat.. We will return again next year!…it is perfect if you have small children. They have a small yard to play In.. Dave and his team have always been excellent in returning calls or to the rescue if something wasn't working..

We've been staying at Waterscape the last 4 years and this condo by far has been our absolute favorite! Everything from the rental process to the location and checkout process was a breeze. I couldn't recommend the condo or Coastal Vibes enough!

We have stayed at waterscape before, but this was our favorite condo yet! The proximity to the beach could not have been better—we had lots of back and forth between 2 families with 6 small children, and the closeness made it easy. Everything in the property was as described. We loved watching the sunset from the large patio and our kiddos loved the bunk room! Thanks for having us! We can’t wait to come back!

We love staying at waterscape and this is by far our favorite condo we’ve stayed in here. Beautiful place and perfectly located. The owners were very nice.
