We have been staying at Fort Walton for a few years, finally found somewhere excellent! We loved the condo, perfect on space included everything you need! Perfect location!! We will be returning next year I hope we can stay here again, everyone was pleased even teenage granddaughter!!!

Property was clean and had everything we needed to stay there. I love that the manager contacted me through text to see how our stay was going and if we need anything. Check in and check out was easy. The view is phenomenal. We will definitely use this condo again.

The property was as described. Check in was easy and convenient. It was in a good location with restaurants within walking distance. The beds were great! We would stay here again.

The K-cup unit was nice. We had a few minor maintenance issues arise, Legacy vacations responded promptly and addressed and fixed the problems. We would stay here again.

For the last 15 years we have been staying on Okaloosa Island and most of the time we have stayed at Summer Place. Condo 604 is by far the best condo we have used. It is beautifully decorated, it has the most fully stocked kitchen, a large TV in each of the rooms, and great balcony furniture. It was a first time visit for our brother and sister-in-law and they could not get over how nice the condo is. Having 2 times the beach service was an added bonus.

We enjoyed our stay. We only had a couple snags. The showers did not have water pressure. We spoke to the person downstairs and within minutes it was taken care of by maintenance. The view was amazing. We watched Dolphins out our window and we were above the pool but far enough, that the noise from the pool Was not an Issue. We are now looking into a unit with four bedrooms so that we can take our grandkids with us next time. The kitchen was very well stocked. We were so happy to have a clean organized well-maintained Beautiful condo to stay in.

The condo was beautiful. It was listed as 3 bedrooms and I didn’t agree with that. The third so called bedroom was just big enough for bunk beds and a night stand with no closet. The floor was dirty so I had to mop the whole condo after we got there.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our visit to Okaloosa Island and our stay in Summer Place 604!The view was INCREDIBLE, pools were perfect, beach access convenient, 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas a huge plus! We loved being on the 6th floor so that it felt more private and up away from the pool noise. We brought our family of 4 and the grandparents. The master suite was perfect for grandparents that expect a modern and comfortable hotel-like experience. The bathroom was beautiful and top notch! What a beautiful ocean view!! There is a sliding door from the master suite onto the 1 balcony. This meant the grandparents could be in their suite or balcony without going through the main room. Then if you wanted to be together just open the door to the main living space or join them on the balcony. The two Queen suite was great with the attached door to the 2nd bathroom. Our kids loved the bunk room!!The kitchen was so well stocked with any dishes, small electric appliances, or utensils you could want! The property description is accurate. The condo is updated, tastefully decorated, clean and well-maintained! We hope to come back here in the future and would definitely recommend this condo and building to friends!For planning purposes - Summer Place 604 provides the bath and kitchen towels. You bring your own beach towels.You will want to bring (or buy) laundry soap/dryer sheets, dishwasher soap, and salt/pepper. We ran out of TP but Legacy gave us more. Only improvements would be black out curtains on the 2nd/3rd rooms and TP holders.There was a pack and play crib in the master closet and a few baby spoons / forks and plenty of plastic plates.We loved being in a condo ON the beach, easy access with a code on the door knob (no digging for keys), walking distance to restaurants, 5 minute drive to the grocery store, walking distance to the Gulfarium, pier, and boardwalk!
