Stayed Sep 24, 2025No beach view from room but knew that. Location to pool EXCELLENT. Location to parking EXCELLENT!! No elevator to deal with!! Cleaning service probably needs to sweep under furniture better, had to retrieve a toy under couch and tons of French fries and other food. Didn’t ruin my trip in anyway

Stayed May 24, 2025We had a great time! Location to pool and beach was perfect. We could hang at the pool and beach all day. We could take a beach walk to Crab Trap restaurant, where we ate amazing fish dinner while looking at the ocean. Then we could hang on our patio in the evening! Great location! Great condo! We will be back!!!

Stayed Apr 16, 2025We enjoyed our stay. As a family of seven, it was so nice to be able to access the pool area without the need for elevators. It was a very short walk to the beautiful clear ocean and white sand.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025Waterscape is amazing spot, especially for kids of all ages. This condo was on first floor and literally steps away from the pool (no stairs or elevators needed to run back in for anything forgotten or bathroom… or drink refills). The condo itself has everything needed for an extended vacation. The only thing we forgot were beach towels, but there are shops a short walk away as well other fun family areas/restaurants. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed Oct 12, 2024Our stay was very relaxing and easy! We appreciate the amenities and things made available by our host! The walk to the beach is easy and short which makes for a few extra trips to the sand we may not have made if it was longer :)

Stayed Jun 15, 2024My family took a trip to Fort Walton for my son‘s Little League World Series. We wanted a place on the ground level (since we have five kids) with lots of pool options for the children, but also located directly on the beach. This resort and unit was perfect! They have a snack hut at the pool that serves food and drinks all day. Two beach chairs are included with the stay. The owner is very responsive and accommodated us with several requests. I would 100% recommend this unit/owner to every person I know!!! Thank you for being such a pleasure to deal with!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024Our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 children) stayed here and our trip was great. Incredibly easy access to the pools and beach being a first floor condo, with plenty of room for us and all of the kids. The kitchen came in handy as well as we cooked dinner a few nights and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this resort and property and will be back again!

Stayed May 28, 2024This location was absolutely perfect! Easy access to pool areas, grilling, and convenient walk to beach. Allowed pretty decent access for handicapped parent to most parts of the resort. First level parking was blocked off, but we were able to pick up and drop off in that area to still provide ramp access.

Stayed May 17, 2024This property is in a great location right by the gate to get into one of the huge pools. The quick responses I received from the owner with questions I had was the best! We have stayed at Waterscape every year since they opened and this is by far our favorite unit.
