Luxurious sunny condo in the Gulf Harbour golf/tennis/yacht club/marina community (Iona/Ft Myers) - sophisticated 3 BR/2 BA (1845 sq ft) on 2nd floor with lake-facing lanai (walk-out balcony) and lovely water view from every principal room. One-car garage plus parking for a second car in the driveway. Tamarind Cay has a private community pool & hot tub with restrooms, an outdoor shower and a grilling area. Spread out and relax in our 7 carefully furnished rooms. The principal BR has a walk-in closet and sliding door to the lanai; the main bath has a huge soaking tub and separate shower. There two bright guest bedrooms, a dining room with seating for 6 (with lake view and sliding door to lanai) and a cozy den. It's only 4 miles to Ft. Myers beach. At Gulf Harbour, you can walk or ride a bike to a 1/2 mile sandy path along the Caloosahatchee River, a perfect start or finish to the day. The furnishings are contemporary and well-maintained. We welcome responsible adults (occupancy limit of 3/4). 30-day minimum lease; the community association must approve all tenants. (Fee applies.) No animals, outdoor grilling, or smoking. We check tenant references. NOTE: From January 1 through March 31 (high season) a 60+ day minimum lease is required (lease extensions possible). Tenants must sign the lease before booking is final.
