Immaculate condo near beach & restaurants with lanai, heated pool & tennis court

We loved our stay here! Frank and Denise have thought of everything….cheese graters, chip clips, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, pickleball equipment, etc! Everything we needed for our stay was included! And a great location…close to Sanibel, Ft Myers Beach, downtown, and the airport! The condo was extremely clean, and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great clean conveniently located condo

The condo was pleasantly more than expected. SUPER CLEAN. Very tastefully decorated. EVERYTHING was stocked and nice QUALITY. More personal use than rental feel. Makeup wipes,tennis rackets,cooler, sunblock,beach towels,blowdryer, paper towel, beach bag,detergent,coffee, usb plugs, etc.etc. Nothing was missed. The neighbors were very friendly. The pool was great. The area was perfect for our family, close to several parks that offered basketball and pickleball courts, stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

We are so grateful for chance to stay and live in this wonderful and absolutely amazing place for 12 days. It was blessing for our family. Super clean place, outstanding kitchen with all brand new appliances and everything you need. Very comfortable beds, lovely bedding soft and pleasant. All the furnishings cozy and welcoming, with tropical touch in design. We just never wanted to leave. We really enjoyed beach chairs with big umbrella , what a great bonus from the owners ?? Sunroom we loved for that peaceful moment and also morning coffee on the front little porch. Very easy and simple access to entry , no worries about keys or cards..love it! And have to mention super in love with the washer and dryer station. Great pool we enjoyed many times with kids. Location is also 10⭐️ This home is in very quiet area, but you are right around the corner from all the businesses center. You can walk 10 min to have great coffee shop, restaurant, target and much more. Driving minutes distance from all you need , 15-20 min to drive to Sanibel island and Ft. Mayer beach .. All you can wish for dream vacation. A HUGE THANKS to Frank & Denise for make everything so easy and outstanding for our staying .
