It's a great location, a 10-15 minute walk or bike ride to all the action of Times Square. Charter boats, jet-ski rentals, and parasailing are within walking distance. Explore a wide variety of retail shops, local tourism sites and restaurants that the area has to offer, including the new Margaritaville Resort. Take a day trip on the Key West Ferry. A trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. This home has a washer and dryer for your convenience. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, complimentary WiFi, and all towels and linens are provided. brbrOn arrival there is ample off-street parking and garages. Enter via stairs up to the second level then through the front door into the open plan dining, living and kitchen areas. There is beautiful wood tile flooring throughout and décor is beachy/nautical. There's a large driveway for plenty of parking included. But the best part is the large private heated pool and spa. If you want to be in the heart of the action, but yet be able to slip away quickly to enjoy some quiet time, this is the place! brbrPrimo Pool and Palms is walkable to the Beach, Times Square and Old San Carlos Blvd where you will find water sport rentals, beach shops and plenty of bar/restaurants.
