Stayed May 29, 2026We would definitely rent here again! So close to the beach! The pool was great! Everything was close! We felt safe the whole time! We had a lot of fun! Of course it was a one bedroom and the bathroom was in the bedroom so the boys had to come into the bedroom to use the bathroom. But other than that it was great!! We all got tanned up and relaxed! Don’t over pack we stayed in swimsuits the whole time! Thanks again!

Stayed May 14, 2026We loved staying at Tess’s property. My husband has some mobility issues and this little property was perfect for him! Plus the 1/2 block proximity to Delmar beach was lovely to catch sunsets. The property and saltwater pool were very clean. Pool was perfect temp as well. Tess was very accommodating and prompt in answering our questions and specific needs. We will seek out her properties when coming back! Thankyou!

Stayed Jun 15, 2025The good: clean, well apportioned property, great communication with host. Convenient location to beach and Times Square. Very comfortable and relaxing.The only negative was the size of the shower, which is barely large enough for an average sized adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Sep 12, 2024Stayed here while in Ft. Myers. There was a hiccup while there with the property. However, the owner made it. Would definitely stay at one of her properties again. 5 stars as an owner!!!
