Guests at this resort have access to their heated on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Matanza Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but with the tropical setting added to it.
