Tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and with bocce ball in season. Pickleball courts are available Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. On arrival there is ample parking, then access is via a secure elevator from the ground floor to the second floor above ground level, then into the open plan kitchen, dining bar, and living room.
