The home is modernly decorated and features a great outdoor space for gathering in the backyard and taking in the Florida sunshine along with the private heated pool with a large splashpad for lounging! Guests can either barbeque at home or take a walk down Estero Blvd.brbrThis upstairs unit features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it perfect for many different parties! We have a king bed in the first bedroom with a standing tub and shower bathroom just steps from the bedroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a washer and dryer unit. Additionally, there is also a convertible couch in the den area that converts to a queen size bed.
