There is a wide sandy beach at your doorstep and several miles of white sugar sand beach beyond that. This location also provides the choice of exiting the area via the less traffic-congested Bonita Springs rather than the northern route through Fort Myers Beach. RSW International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, and Naples and its fine shopping and restaurants are also within an easy 30 minute drive. Amenities at this resort include a gulf-front heated pool with an indoor lobby, and at the southeast end of the building, an area has been set aside with gas grills. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building that runs north to the Times Square area with its wide variety of boutiques and restaurants, and south to Lovers Key State Park and its pristine beaches. Flippers, an award-winning waterfront restaurant, is just across the bridge at Lovers Key Resort. Kayak and jet ski rentals are available, as well as dolphin tours and sunset cruises around Estero Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. Proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but in a tropical setting. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze.
