Welcome to Estero Island Beach Villas, your tropical beachfront vacation destination in paradise located at the quiet northern end of Estero Island. This two-bedroom, two-bath fifth floor above ground level, corner gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is a short 15-20 minute walk to Times Square. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs, all surrounded by a privacy fence. Proximity to the Sky Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home but in a tropical setting. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Bellman's trolley and carts are available to arrive in a breeze. WiFi is complimentary, there are ceiling fans throughout, linens and towels are provided and you will have your own private in-house laundry room. The pool was resurfaced August 2025.

Entry is via elevator to the fifth floor and into the entry foyer and open plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is tile flooring throughout but with wood flooring in the bedrooms. The kitchen has everything necessary to create full-course meals should you so desire, or to just make toast and coffee in the morning. You only need to bring the food! There is an architectural tray ceiling and plenty of granite counter space with a backsplash. Appliances include a dishwasher, glass-top range with oven, built-in above-range microwave oven, and refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. There is also a granite-top island with cabinet and drawer space on the kitchen side. The adjacent dining area has a rectangular table seating five. This flows into the living area which is nicely furnished with a sleeper sofa with end tables and lamps, a matching side chair, an electric recliner, and a coffee table. Opposite the sitting area is a credenza above which is a wall-mounted large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony that is furnished with a patio table and four chairs. The view from this fifth-floor vantage point is expansive and includes the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach right in front of you. From this vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south.

The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, an armoire with three drawers and a flat-screen TV above, and sliding glass doors out to the balcony. The windows in this bedroom also offer a great view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom is accessed through a pocket sliding door into the dressing area where there is a granite-top vanity with a lavatory, wall mirror storage space beneath, and ample closet space. Through a pocket sliding door is the commode and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set. The guest bathroom has a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a wall mirror, a commode, and a combination tub/shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds with a nightstand and lamp, a double dresser with flat screen TV above, and ample closet space.

    The condo was clean but did have a couple of things that needed attention. We noticed water coming up from between the bathroom tile when you stepped on them and the toaster was broken. Contacted Costal and they sent a maintenance man out the same day to correct the problem and the toaster was replaced the following day.Master bedroom mattress sags, needs replacement.

    Check process was really easy that when we did get there we didn’t have any hot water, but all I had to do was make a phone call and they had somebody else fixing the water heater within 10 minutes. Communication was amazing. Location is outstanding. We love it here that we booked another way

    Everything was great we did have a couple of issues with toilet and door lock would not lock it did get taken care of but had to wait for repairs it was a half day for both issues had to wait around but other than that it was great time

    The condo was true to listing. Very clean. Great location on the beach. Very quiet due to the surrounding condo buildings being vacant due to hurricane damage I assume. Property management took days to respond to emails and phone calls about late check out. Other than that- nice place.

    Everything was beautifully decorated. Great location. One item of policy. . . If property is clean and available, they should allow renters access without an additional fee. We arrived at 3 pm, had to sit in a hot car until 4 pm after a full day of exhausting travel. Really, your paying for an entire day and only getting a half day. Otherwise, everything was very nice!

    Very clean unit. The views are spectacular and hard to beat. The unit itself is a little dated. Could use some freshening up. The toaster was broken but a call to the property manager resulted in a quick replacement. The refrigerator did not keep anything cold even at the lowest setting. The repairman took a look at it and said he believed this unit was one that was due for a new fridge. Unfortunately we were without a fridge for our entire stay. None of the TVs have HD channels which is surprising given the price of the stay. Other than that we had a great time
