Guests enter through a secure lobby featuring an elegant cascading fountain before taking the stairs to the second floor. Inside, the condo opens to a bright foyer leading into a stunning, coastal-inspired open living space with tile flooring and soaring ceilings throughout. The chef's kitchen is thoughtfully designed with quartz countertops, tile backsplash, abundant cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner glass-top range, built-in microwave, French-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, and a dedicated wine refrigerator. A breakfast bar provides seating for three, while the adjacent round dining table comfortably seats four.

The living area is furnished for comfort with a spacious sectional, large HDTV, armchair, and ample lighting.
