We live in the front house, we keep to ourselves and our black out shades towards the back are closed for total privacy. Swim in the beautiful pool, catch rays on the loungers, and enjoy a lovely dinner under the stars.brbrSit back and relax, and when you're ready to explore, it's a 3min drive to Wilton Drive, 7min to Las Olas (Downtown), 9min to the beaches, and 11mins to Chase Stadium!brbrOnce you're in the front yard, a path on the left side leads you to the back. Please note, we are not able to host children under 12 or pets at this location.brbrA cozy space offering modern comforts with retro vibes, blending indoor & outdoor living, with a pool only steps from the front door. The garden is lush year round, with young palm trees surrounding the pool and an oversized stone paved deck to comfortably get around. Please note, the pool temperature is preset and cannot be raised.brbrImportant Disclosures:brbrFor safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located at the front and rear of the home. These cameras are exterior only and do not monitor any interior spaces.brbrNoise monitoring devices are installed in common areas to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio).brbrGuests will be required to review and sign a short compliance form regarding local city rules (parking, occupancy limits, and quiet hours) prior to check-in.brbrWe respect your privacy and appreciate your cooperation to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone.brbrAdditional rulesbrA valid government photo identification of the guest that booked the reservation must be sent to the host prior to check in and must match the name and photo listed on the reservation. There will be no exceptions made for any violations of the following rules. brbrNo more than 6 guests may sleep onsite at any time and no more than 3 visitors allowed at a time. Additionally, no visitors are allowed after 10 pm. brbrNo more than two cars can be parked on site at any time and all cars must be parked in the driveway as grass and street parking are strictly prohibited. brbrNo loud music or noise after 8pm. brbrPlease be advised that the number of guests allowed is firmly enforced via security cameras outside the home. Any violation of this rule will result in guests being asked to leave immediately with no refund.brbrNo smoking of any kind allowed inside at any time. Any evidence of smoking will result in an extra cleaning fee. brbrAny destroyed or heavily stained linens, towels, or bedding will result in an extra fee.brbrPlease be sure to take all your belongings when checking out as we do charge a $40 service fee plus the cost of packing and shipping for any items left behind. Unfortunately it does happen quite often and our team spends about an hour per item to take to the post office and ship back to guests. We appreciate your understanding

Please note that, while we often host friends and family, this is also our home and it will have a private, high end, setup (plates, silver, pots & pans, towels, etc). 1x per week pool service, cleaning and new sheets/towels.br3 bedrooms (2 king size, 1 with 2 twin size beds) tucked away in the south wing with extra door in the hallway for pricacy.brThe north wing is an open living room, home office area, dining area, kitchen with large island and sunroom. brThere is a potential 4th bedroom with half bath that we have currently set up as a gym but comfortable fold out beds are available if you need aditional sleeping space.brTons of amenites such as:brHeated pool, 2 paddleboards, 2 beach cruiser bikes, BBQ, outside TV, Sonos music system with different zones (in and outside), high speed interent and wifi, etcbrWe do allow pets.brIt is possible to rent a 2022 2 door BMW 850i for your stay for extra $100 per day. We do not provide sandwich bags, saran wrap, foil, etc. But there is Tupperware available and also acrylic glasses for you to use in the backyard.brbr❂ DAMAGES❂brPlease keep in mind that there will be a replacement fee charged for anything damaged or missing in the house and on the property.
