We had the most amazing vacation in this luxurious home. Minutes from the beach and both fine and casual dining this stunning modern rental has it all. The pool was warm, large, and situated on a wide canal. There is a large covered area with a couch and chairs and the pool has seats and a bed for tanning and cooling off. There is a large subzero fridge and a smaller one for drinks. The beds are very comfortable and there are plenty towels. The management company was very response and helpful and even set us up with a chef who cooked a bunch of food and brought it over when we arrived so we could enjoy breakfast and lunch at home all week. The street the home is on is filled with beautiful homes and it is a quiet dead-end with each house situated on the water. It is far enough from the main road that you dont hear any traffic noises. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three on the second. All the rooms are large and well appointed. This house really has everything you need. It is clean and bright. The furniture is very comfortable and there are three separate dining areas. You should not hesitate to book this amazing home!

We’ve rented a house for the past seven years in Fort Lauderdale over Thanksgiving week. This is by far the best house we’ve ever rented, large space, beautiful outdoor area, and a great neighborhood. Latitudes was also great to work with, very communicative.

Our stay at the lovely property hosted by Latitude was an absolute dream! The spacious layout allowed for plenty of privacy for all guests, and the bedrooms were thoughtfully arranged to accommodate our specific needs. The backyard was simply divine, featuring multiple relaxing areas and a stunning pool that set the perfect vibe for our vacation. The open and airy first floor was the perfect setting for our work team building getaway, and we were able to accomplish so much thanks to the comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We truly can't recommend this property enough and would love to rent it again for our next getaway. If you're looking for a wonderful vacation spot, you won't be disappointed with this one-of-a-kind gem!
