Located in the posh neighborhood of Victoria Park, you’ll be only 5 minutes away from both the wondrous nightlife of Las Olas where there’s a never-ending list of events for people of all ages, and of course, Fort Lauderdale Beach!brbrUpon entering the home, you’ll immediately be greeted by the contrast of cool and warm colors that will be highlighted in our tasteful furniture and decor.brbrAre you eco conscious and driving an EV We’ve got you covered! Located inside the garage you’ll have the capability to charge your vehicle without having to find a local charging station. Parking allows for one vehicle inside the garage and two vehicles on the driveway. brbrWith smart appliances, LED mirrors, and other home automation features, this property is definitely very modern. Noise ordinances for quiet time in the city/neighborhood are at 10pm, so please respect these rules.brbrCheck-inbrCheck-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are interested in an early check in, please reach out to us and we will let you know what the additional cost would be.brbrCheck-outbrCheck-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us. Please keep in mind that we will try our best to accommodate these requests however we cannot make any guarantees that we will be able to honor your request. Any guest who stays after the 11am checkout time without requesting it from us previously or stays despite having their request denied will be charged an additional night’s stay and will be forced to vacate. Should we experience any cancellations or losses in our calendar arising from any check out related complications from you or any guests, you will be charged for the next booking. Prior to leaving please place a load of regular towels and beach towels to wash. This will help our cleaners get a heads start for our next guest. There are always a total of 12 TidePods for use. 10 for our guests to use if desired and 2 for this last required load. *You will not be charged for the use of the last 2 TidePods for the required wash.*brbr*Upon checking out, please make sure that our house looks reasonably neat- just like the way you found it. Although we pride ourselves on cleanliness, we do not expect you to scrub it clean but it must be reasonably “picked up” and furniture placed as it was at check-in.br*Make sure to collect all personal belongings. Check all closets, drawers, washer/ dryer. We are not responsible for any items left behind.brbrSecuritybrWhen you leave the property and at night, please make sure all doors are locked and secured. Even though our home is in a safe neighborhood, we take the safety of our guests very seriously. Our security protocol includes 5 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. The cameras are located in the following common areas: the entryway by the front door, the entryway of the garage, inside the garage, the entryway of the side patio door, the side patio walkway, and the backyard pool area. The sound level detection devices are located on each level of the house. One is attached to the ceiling in the kitchen area and another in the ceiling of the second floor hallway near the laundry room.brPlease note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. We do not have time to monitor or watch your every move. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern. In which case, we will check on the safety of our guests immediately.brbrDepositbrA security deposit may be required to reserve the home, depending on a few various factors. Please reach out to us prior to booking to find out if we will require one for your stay. The deposit is held to prevent damages/inconveniences from occurring.
