Modern & Rlx space for 6 ppl

This unit is decorated real cute but needs a little TLC. The walls and ceilings could use a good couple layers of paint or could stand to be cleaned as they all looked pretty dingy. There were not many utensils or pots/pans/cookware in the kitchen. I ended up purchasing several things so I could cook. Only 6 bath towels and one hand towel was available for our stay, no wash cloths or beach/pool towels were anywhere to be found. There aren’t any dressers to store clothing, only high shelves in the closets but plenty of hangers so that’s a plus. I will definitely pay more attention to the pictures of furniture on my upcoming trips. The location was good and easy to get to the expressway and run around but the assigned parking is REALLY hard to get in and out of. 18th is a very busy street and nearly impossible to back out onto during high traffic times. We tried to snag an overflow parking space along 56th instead because it’s parallel to the street and much easier to get on the road. The gas grill is also not in any working condition. It looks to have survived 15years of hurricanes and vacationers who don’t care about anything.The pool and outdoor space was clean but we never used it because the renters next door had the whole thing on lock down. They definitely had more people than allowed staying in the unit and also had guests there. The host was very attentive and responds quickly. Mostly in Spanish, but easy to copy and past to translate.

We were in Fort Lauderdale for my G’daughter’s gymnastics meet. We rented this place solely for the pool. It appears the pump was not working and the pool was starting to turn green the first day and was completely icky green the second day. It took over 24 hours and 33 text to even get a 75 refund a 15% consideration when we incurred so much more having to spend more money in activities for the kids over 2 and a half days. Huge learning lesson for us.

We had a great 4 night stay with our 2 daughters. Close to the beach and shopping.
