There is so much available including abundant outdoor reaction- from walking the trails, swimming, shelling, biking, championship golf courses, boat tours, kayaking, and state parks. A downtown area filled with shopping, Saturday morning Farmer's Market, restaurants galore, live music at every turn and a charming seaport harbor which boosts beautiful sunsets and the opportunity to jump on a boat tour. brbrWe fell in love with Amelia Island because of the abundance of things to do, the incredible music scene, the friendly locals, and miles of accessible beach front. We have been blessed to travel all over the world (husband is a Pilot for Delta) and we have never experienced a place that had so much to offer and was so beautiful. Like most condo's on Amelia Island this condo is not directly on the beach but it it is only a 6 min walk (0.3 miles) to the beach. We are on the highly sought after Southside of the island between the Ritz and Omni. The path to the beach is canopied with big, beautiful trees and is shady. You can walk to the beach or take the golf cart to the edge of the wooden walk way. We have a very quiet, peaceful community. Our large community pool is right outside the condo and is seldom crowded. brbrRight outside our condo you have easy access to walk or bike to The Plantation for a bite or shopping. You are also right around the corner from Harris Teeter and the many adorable shops and yummy cafe that is in the same complex. brbrWe do a deep clean after every visitor. You are just steps to the ocean, but still have the nice amenities of a high-end property with pool, hot tub, and a beautiful veranda that looks out over a small lake with a fountain. Fort Clinch and Egan's Greenway are immediately next to the condo complex for nature walks and bike rides. The view of the ocean and park at Main Beach, along with restaurants, provides a nice view of the island. The most popular restaurant on the island, Salt Life Food Shack, is right down the street and is a beautiful short stroll from the condo. Fort Clinch Park is immediately behind the condominium complex and downtown Fernandina is a bike ride or walk of about 1.5 miles. This complex is one of the only places on the island in which the ocean, Fort Clinch, and downtown area at your fingertips. brbrThe condo is recently renovated with new granite counter tops and cabinetry throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen has high-end stainless appliances with a large refrigerator, stove and microwave, and dishwasher. Flooring is a combination of beautiful tile and luxury vinyl that's just perfect for lots of traffic in and out of the condo. The large kitchen area allows for any type of food preparation and the dining area with bar stools seats up to 10 individuals. Every precaution has been taken to sanitize this condo for guests. Fiber internet access makes remote work and live streaming of apps easy. One of the bedrooms has a desk and printer to provide the comfort of a vacation office. brbrWindow shutters and shades allow as much or as little light as you desire.
