This is the lower unit of a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom townhome. It is lakefront on the back side and has a private furnished balcony to enjoy the views and have an outdoor dining experience. The front of the home has a sitting area and is only steps from our community pool which is heated from Mid February through April. All guests have access to the pool, the pool bathrooms, and the outdoor showers which are near the pool.
