Our studio efficiency unit is located in the Sandpiper Cove resort, a gated resort with free par three golf, five swimming pools, six tennis/pickle ball courts, and an on-site restaurant, as well as a private beach. Sandpiper Cove is located in the heart of Destin and close to several shops and restaurants as well as mini golf, an amusement park and Harborwalk Village. Our unit is fully furnished and sleeps 2-4 With a queen size Murphy bed and a double sleeper sofa. We also have a full kitchen and bath in the unit. A laundry room is located out by the swimming pool behind our condo. br The unit is located approximately 125-200 yards from the beach, so a very short walk. We have beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit that renters are free to use at the beach. Also have a beach wagon for supplies if walking to the beach.br We do provide all linens, bath towels and kitchen supplies. brAn on site restaurant and some other eating establishments are within walking distance of the condo. Super Target and Winn Dixie are across the street from the condo. A great, affordable way to visit Destin.
