Stayed Jul 2, 2025All in all this was a great villa. Super close to the beach and in a great location. Loved the lake out the back/side doors. So fun to see the fish and turtles and there were beautiful sunsets for sure. It was great to have some extra beach supplies provided, like a float and a beach umbrella. The villa had all we needed for our family vacay, but the one disappointment was the size of the guest bedrooms. There was no closet in the one downstairs, & the stacked washer/dryers take up any extra space in the guest rooms. So we were very cozy. But, this is a great place for a small family beach vacay.

Stayed May 21, 2022We had a great stay in our rental even though our week of vacation was rained out. The property was located in a great location and only a few steps from the beach. The property itself was clean and spacious for my family of 5.

Stayed Oct 11, 2020We rented the top and bottom units for our families in October 2020. The separate living spaces were perfect! The kids could go visit their friends up and down the stairs. The location is perfect, it's a 2 minute walk to the beach. The views from the front and back decks are stunning. If it's too hot in the morning, go eat lunch on the back overlooking the lake in the shade! The overall space is tight for a family of 5, so if you don't mind being cozy together with your loved ones for your stay, then you're good. If you require more space, privacy, etc, this isn't the best unit for you. We have 3 kids (14,13,9), so the oldest slept on a blowup in the living room, the middle slept in the second bedroom, and the youngest slept in the master with us. It works for us, but may not work for everyone :)
