It has 3 king rooms with ensuite full baths. 2 of the kings are on the ground floor, one of the kings has a set of twin bunks and it has its own entrance. There is 1 king upstairs with a full bath and 2 queen rooms upstairs who share a full bath with 2 sinks. Two spacious living rooms, one up and one down. A large kitchen island that seats 6 and a round dining table for 8. There is separate full bar downstairs for entertaining by the pool and heated jacuzzi for an additional cost. Enjoy the outdoor Tiki Hut and grill with several outdoor dining areas to choose from. It has a wrap around balconey with a high top dining table for 8. You can watch fireworks from the second floor balcony or the outdoor fire pit. It is a 3 min walk to the. beach or a 1 min cart ride. The Harbor Fireworks shows take place every Thursday during the summer from Memorial Day through mid- August. The first Thursday night summer show of 2022 will be Thursday June 2nd at 9:00pm. You can also call a water taxi to pick you up from the dock and to drop you off at Norriego Point or take the gulf cart there to watch them!
