It offers two queen bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in living room, and 3 XL twin beds in jellyfish bedroom. There are smart TV's in each bedroom and in the living room. There are no closets but wall hangers with hangers for clothes. Centrally located, only a two minute walk to the beach less than 15 min walk to Daytona Beach Walk. Less then 5 miles from the Daytona International Speedway and about an hour from Orlando and St. Augustine. You are located next to 7-11 for quick food, supplies and treats. Restaurants and bars within walking distance. There are pedestrians walking by this busy area and the neighborhood has a mix of all cultures and ethnicities like most of the Daytona Beach Area. brbrThis family beach bungalow has it all. Come join us for those long days on the beach, swim in the emerald green water, and see the amazing sunsets. We will provide entry codes a couple days before your arrival and are able to do a contactless entry. Adorable bungalow main house with fenced in yard and mid-modern decor. Enjoy an oasis with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a great family vacation. Please note, guest house may be occupied unless you rent the entire bungalow (different listing, search Spanish Bungalow). Guest house has separate entrance, yard for pups and laundry building may be shared. We will email you from our door lock company (look for an email from RemoteLock) with your specific door code. Please note, we must have your actual email address to send you the code. Located in the quintessential Florida town of Holly Hill, you are minutes from all the action of Daytona Beach, the track, nightlife and local dining, yet get to enjoy a quiet peaceful street. Cross the bridge two blocks away and drive onto the beachside where you can actually drive on our beach (tide permitting). You will want a car, motorcycle, Jeep, bicycle or other form of transportation to enjoy our fun beach town. No smoking inside the house or near house with door or window open. Please note, any indication of smoking inside the house or near room where smoke smell (any type-cigs or weed) can get in the house will result in eviction without question and forfeiture of security deposit. We are sticklers on this as we worked hard to make this a beautiful building and don`t want it stinky. Just please smoke outside away from the doors. No tampering with fire extinguisher or smoke detectors. Pets must be disclosed and paid for prior to arrival. No parties No drugs or underage drinking No loud music, cursing or behavior that would make neighbors uncomfortable. Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions SECURITY DEPOSIT. In lieu of a security deposit, at the time of the booking, guest shall be required to purchase rental coverage for the duration of their stay. The guest is held financially responsible for damages to the Rental Property, whether made by themselves, their family, and another guest in their group or invitee. POSSESSION. Guest shall be entitled to possession on the first day of the term of the booking at 3pm (condos) 4pm (houses), and shall yield possession to Manager on the last day of the term of this Booking at 10am, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing and early check-in or late check-out fee paid. At the expiration of the booking, guest shall remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the Premises to manager in as good a condition as when delivered to guest. MINIMUM STAY. The guest will be required to pay for the booked dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so by contacting the Manager and paying additional fees if the unit is available for extension and the guest has abided by all rules. USE OF PREMISES/ABSENCES. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Guest agrees to adhere to all guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and any local and state regulations. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. That will lead into the kitchen with all appliances, a Keurig, Drip Coffee Maker, blender, 2 full sets of dinnerware, pots/pans, bbq set, knife block, loaded spice rack, wine opener, plenty of plates, bowls, drink glasses and more!brbrOnce you grab your cup a coffee or glass of wine, take a seat in the dining area/breakfast nook or in the back sitting room which has a large sliding glass door that looks out to back yard full of beautiful flowers and plants! Guest is responsible for maintaining casualty insurance on its own property. It is recommended that travel or vacation insurance is obtained by the Guest. Manager requires unit insurance coverage purchase at booking.brNON-DISTURBANCE CLAUSE. Guest and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger (fireworks) or inconvenience neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purposes. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication.brGuest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. Guest will abide by any parking restrictions.brCANCELLATIONS. (a) If the Property becomes unavailable to the Guest prior to occupancy, for any reason, Manager agrees to refund the full amount paid to the date of cancellation, and Guest agrees to rebooking any claims against Manager. (b) Cancellations from guest will be refunded as described on the booking site used by guest. Guest understands that use of OTA’s such as Airbnb frequently require the guest contact the OTA directly as sites like Airbnb hold the guests money and Manager may not have ability to refund.brCancellations related to the COVID-19 pandemic are dependent on a number of factors including: local restrictions, origin of the guest, when the booking was made, and when local officials or the CDC declare an outbreak in an area. If the cancellation is related to COVID-19, please refer to the booking sites policy.brSMOKING. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Property. Smoking is only allowed `outside`. Evidence of smoking inside the Property will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all amounts paid and will result in additional Cleaning Fee charges to Guest as Excess Damage Cost and will be charged against the credit card on file. Smoking near open doors and windows that leads to interior smell of smoke will be charged as if guest was smoking in unit. Please note, purchased damage coverage does not cover smoking and guests card on file will be charged $500 for damage and smoke remediation.brCOOKING. Guest may cook only in the specific areas set aside by Manager for cooking. No open fires are allowed other than in the grill, outdoor fireplace, or in the stone hearth. The grill must remain in open area, away from trees, house, etc. All fires must be thoroughly extinguished before leaving unattended.brCLEANING. The property will be inspected and cleaned after departure. Due to the pandemic, the property will augment current cleaning protocol to account for the changes in cleaning in adherence to COVID-19 cleaning protocols. The cleaning fee includes laundry service for the towels and linens. Guest is required to leave the property in the same general condition thatbrbr it was received in by making sure that the dishes are washed and put away, and the house is generally picked up and ready to be vacuumed, dusted, disinfected and laundered. The property has been cleaned in accordance with WHO and CDC recommended cleaning and disinfecting standards.brHOT TUBS & POOLS. For properties with a Hot Tub or Pool, guest acknowledges, and is fully aware that the hot tub and/or pool can be dangerous and slippery. Injury can be caused by careless acts.
