You're within 2 miles of the Daytona Beach Pier and traditional boardwalk area where you can find a movie theater, mini golf and more activities for the family! 9/30/22 Update- our property sustained major damage from Hurricane Ian impacting our clubhouse, pool deck and seawall. We are currently without a pool or sauna until at least early 2024. Pricing has been updated accordingly however my unit was beautifully remodeled after sustaining minor water intrusion during the hurricane to now include full tile floowing and i made some updates to the kitchen while i was at it with granite counters and new appliances. We do still have on site beach access through our garage level as there is a public beach accessway next to our building.
