Three Oars Bungalow is a large 1920`s home located directly across from the beach on the famous A1A (beachfront avenue lol). The house is spacious and boasts 3 large upstairs rooms, one giant downstairs studio with separate access, a huge kitchen/living room/dining room combo and a garage with a ping pong table. Fully stocked and adorably furnished, this laid back bungalow is a surf shack that is close to all the action. Early Check in/Late Checkout $25 per hour. Please reach out to the host for availability.brbrPool and soaking tub in fenced in back yard (not heated). brbrbrThings to note:brUpstairs and downstairs are separate entrancesbrbrParking maxes out at 3 spots, and its very tight. brThe city will tow you if your tires cross over the green line or are on the sidewalk so you may have to get creative with parking. Extra vehicles will need to arrange other parking. brWe are located just north of the Hard Rock HotelbrNo smoking inside home or near open doors or windows. We take this very serious and have installed smoke and marijuana detectors in the home that notify us if there is smoking in the home or even by doors and windows. We don`t care what you smoke just do it outside and away from doors and windows.brbrNo house parties, no events. brbrPets must be disclosed and pet fee per pet paid prior to check-in.brbrA note from the owners:brbrHi! We`re Tom, Colin & Krista-a group of friends that love vacationing and having fun! We are so happy you booked our home-it`s our dream home. When we were growing up, none of us could afford to stay in beautiful beach homes and now to get to have one and share it with you is a dream come true!brbrOver the years we have welcomed lots of guests, many come back year after year to enjoy the beach and home. We have truly enjoyed all the fun visitors that have blessed our home with their memories. brbrSadly, since Covid-19 we have noticed a massive increase in guests nit-picking and seemingly looking for things to complain about. Our home is a home-it`s not perfect, it`s over a hundred years old and it gets used by a lot of guests-so at times things may break and we don`t have a crystal ball to know when that will happen. Our property manager reacts extremely promptly to any concerns and will get any issues fixed in a reasonable time. Unfortunately, that does not mean there is 24 hour on call repair service, so if there is an issue you would need to be understanding to the world we are in and know that we will get it resolved as quick as possible. brbrWe would ask that if you are uptight, expect perfection or find that your vacation would be ruined if there is an issue that you pass over our home and find another spot. Life is short and we simply don`t want to host people that are demanding or just unhappy in life. Vacation should be fun and if you are ready to have some fun with family and friends, come enjoy the beach house!brbrWe hope you understand. The hot tub is cleaned prior to every check-in.brbrWe work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we`d love to hear your suggestions, too. brbrSmoking: We take this very seriously. We don`t care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don`t mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It`s a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. Also the owner requests that NO Turkey Fryers be used or brought for use to the property at any time. It`s Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun! Lastly: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don`t know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren`t the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We`ve been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can`t wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town. Damage Waiver Disclaimer: I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property.

28 foot Camper with slide-out, completely updated and stocked up, just bring your suitcase and get ready to enjoy the beach. The camper is parked on our property on the Intracoastal waterway so you are welcome to join us on the dock for sunset cocktails (or go out there on your own if we aren't around), we have amazing sunsets! Walk to the beach in just a couple of blocks or drive on with your car. Camper has queen master, 2 queen bunk beds, table and sofa convert to beds as well.brbrCamper parking is limited to one car. Camper is located on property where we live, so we will be in and out but guests welcome to use dock and gym. We have two medium size dogs that do roam the property and are super sweet, but when you pull into the property they will run out barking (it's their job) but are not aggressive. We suggest not booking the camper if you don't like dogs.brbrCamper is private and only guests may access during their stay. Gym and dock are shared with us and our roommate. Dock is located directly behind the main house (please make sure to use our dock and not the neighbors dock), camper guests will need to walk around the house to access the dock.brbrWe love meeting our guests and happy to chat and enjoy sunsets. For guests that don't want interaction that is totally fine too!brbrWe are a walk to the beach, takes about 10-minute walk for toes in the sand. Lot is directly on the Intracoastal waterway and we do tend to have lots of friends over between us and our neighbors. Safe area, close to beaches, restaurants, golf and tennis.brbrBeach parking is right down the street or you can drive directly onto our beaches. We are about an hour from Disney.brThere is only space for one parking spot. Please make sure to park between camper and the fence on the grass.brbrDock hours are 9am-8pm or 15 min after sunset. brbrYou may not flush anything down the camper toilet except bodily fluids. Toilet paper or any other flushable or non-flushable item may not be put in toilet. A wastebasket with top is provided for guests and there is a large trash bin behind the camper as well. Guests clogging toilet will be charged for repair and declogging if they clog the toilet with anything besides bodily fluid. Campers don't have big systems so there would not be a situation where someone before you would have clogged it if that happens it would be from tp or other items in the camper during your stay. brbrPlease do not run A/C while keeping the doors open. brbrWe have a medium size dog that does roam the property and she is super sweet, her name is Dot...but when you pull into the property she will run out barking (it's her job). We suggest not booking the camper if you don't like dogs.brbrLastly, this is a camper. Campers are different than houses and some things you are used to in a home will be different than you are used to. It's part of the experience, but please understand it's a camper. The camper will need to have the holding tank emptied usually every two days of your stay and there is no on call person to do that so you will need to pull the plugs for 5 minutes to release the water into the sewer lines. It's nothing gross, just pulling a valve and waiting, but it has to be done or the water won't drain in the sink or tub. When using the propane, there is no dial to let us know when propane runs out so we keep spares on site and if a tank runs out we will have someone out that day to change the propane out, usually pretty darn quickly. brbrWhile I live on property, Salty Dog Vacations is our Property Manager. We do ask that you contact Salty Dog Vacations for any issues as we both work crazy hours and are not always available but as our Property Managers they are.
