This property is not as pictured.......it is so much more than is seen in the pictures. The beds are so comfortable, the pillows are great, and there are plenty of hangers to hang wet bathing suits, nice extra blankets, beautiful bathroom with the best rain shower head, good water pressure, lots of hot water, plenty of towels, perfectly stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots, pans, casserole dishes, and in the living room... besides the most beautiful view.... is a very large TV. And lets not forget to mention the rocking chairs on the patio. Several thoughtful details to enhance anyone's stay here. This is a great condo in a great location. There is something for everyone just steps away. We will stay here again.

We loved the resort and its family friendliness—our teen found a pack of kids to hang out with. The room and amenities were awesome: clean, cool, modern! We would definitely book again!

A beautiful condo that I highly recommend. My daughter loved the rain showerhead. Tastefully decorated and I loved the butterfly print .

My 16 yr old daughter and her friend made loads of friends in the hot tub during the evenings. I felt comfortable letting them walk around the resort by themselves and on the beach during daylight hours. It’s a great central location for souvenirs, groceries, outlets, restaurants, and things for teens to do. This is our 2nd year here and the ONLY spot I’d stay with kids or teens.

We reserved for a 4 night stay and after 1 night we left. The bedroom window is shared with the hallway which has a strong light that beams directly into the window. The solution by the owner was to have cheap blinds with a see through curtain. When we complained of this they basically shrugged it off and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. We have a 16 month old and sleep is very important. The owner said they had no plans to fix the curtains and that they’ve never dealt with this after 1 night. It only takes one single night of a child not sleeping for the parents to have to make changes. The sliding door also didn’t work properly as you could either shut it or lock it. When 100% shut the lock wouldn’t line up. This was a concern because the balcony shares a wall that is knee level high so could easily have someone step over and have access to the room.The paint on the balcony railing is badly chipping so we had to ensure our kids were not on the balcony with us. The communication is the worse I’ve dealt with in all of my stays. I’d strongly recommend to not rent from any properties managed by this person. I know I will be avoiding them. The surrounding area is also very run down, didn’t expect that so close to the boulevard. We left after 1 night and stayed somewhere nicer that had actual curtains not some sheer see through nonsencse. Owner actually argued with me about it. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Clean Great location

I just returned from a girls trip at this property and couldn’t be happier with the choice. The location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk. Everything was in great working condition and most than anything I enjoyed the view and cleanliness of the towels, bedding and great mattress.The only suggestion I could make is to offer a mattress pad for the sleeper spfa because it’s very hard.

Great condo. Had all the extras that we are always looking for, like hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on and tons of bath towels. The makeup towels were a great bonus. Big screen TV in both rooms, with cable and smart tv app access. Would be nice to have a dish drainer but that’s the only thing I could think of we missed. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The room was lovely and had an amazing view off the balcony. Room had very comfortable beds and linens. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a stay on the beach. We didn't have little kids with us, but if you did there was lots for them to do also.

Clean and a beautiful location.

Very clean and exactly as advertised. Only complaint was the bar at the pool was to small for the large crowd and it took forever to get waited on.
