Stay Right on the Beach! Two Modern Units! 2 Pools and Spa Center, Parking!

The elevator didn't work so there was a long wait. The ice machine didn't work on any of the floors and had to wait a while for them to bring ice to the room. We book two room and both rooms had problems. One room sink clog and the key didn't always work. The other room the TV was glitching and the sink drip. There are no plug for your Phone and stuff. Very outdated. But the staff is outstanding. Did ask to talk to a manager but never got one.

The listing said Hotel like it was a hotel! I could have booked the Hilton myself for cheaper without fees to VRBO and an upcharge. No where did it say anything about resort fees applied every day. The wifi the was included with the resort fees was spotty to say the least my kids couldn't stay connect for longer than a few minutes. The best thing about the place was it's location. View was great and starbucks on property which made things easy. I wouldn't stay again or use VRBO to book something I could do myself!

They charged me everything additional, parking, rooms and resorts fee with was not clearly described on VRBO listing. Hotel room was very outdated and no microwave or refrigerator. All the additional charges they supposed to refund me but I never received anything, called too many times no one picked up or called me back. Worst experience with Hilton.

Fun, easy checkin. Wished something would have said Hilton so I didn’t drive around looking for the address but otherwise great. Staff at hotel super friendly.

These rooms are located in Hilton on the beach. The location is great so is the hotel. We were able to upgrade to oceanfront rooms at the check in with great views. Family friendly resort and everything is close by. The only downside if you’re traveling with little kids is that there is a dome right outside of the resort where they do pop concerts and the noise is too loud. If you don’t have kids you could in fact enjoy the ocean and the concert right from the comfort of your own room if you end up in north tower of the resort. Otherwise it’s so loud at night that it’s hard to put kids down for bed. The communication was a little scratchy with the host or the property management company. First they didn’t know whether the rooms had refrigerators and microwave. On the day of the check in I didn’t have an address of the property. Upon asking I was first told that they do not accept last minute requests even though my reservation was all paid for by that time. It was a little nerve racking to receive that response when you’re traveling with little ones on a holiday weekend. Other than that everything turned out to be great.

Great location , you have Starbucks restaurants and bar inside . Dunkin , Baskin robins and Dominos just outside as you cross , Ocean walk is adjacent to this property, great for family's
