Guests shall adhere to noise policy and shall interact kindly with neighbors. Guests understand that many units are in residential areas and will act with the utmost respect while at the premise or in the neighborhood/condo. Guest will not be heard using foul language, being rude, arguing or displaying obvious intoxication.brGuest will treat property with the same care as if the property was their home and will not hinder normal traffic patterns in the area. Guests will not do anything neither at the unit nor in the neighborhood/building that would cause complaints from neighbors, HOA or Condo Managers or police/code enforcement. A one room condo situated 2 doors from the Hard Rock and 4 blocks from Main street here in Daytona Beach, Florida . Free parking for your motorcycle or vehicle right under the balcony. Beach access next to the condo. Sleeps 4 because we also have a very comfortable , modern queen futon. The boardwalk is 5 blocks away. Lots to see and do in Daytona! One of my guest described best. He said, This is close enough to walk home from the Oyster Pub.. Oyster Pub is one of the landmark bars in Daytona on Seabreeze Blvd. On March 1, 2025 , we opened our new swimming pool. We have been without a swimming pool since Hurricane Ion in 2023 . Now we have a brand new pool with new pool furniture . Walk right down the steps to the world's most famous beach. You can drive your car on the beach. This is a very cool experience. What a bargain price. Book it now.
