NEW! Fantastic Ocean Front Studio in Daytona Beach

At first the host was communicated very well however when we checked in it was sparce. The room was hot and damp when we arrived even though the ac was set to 67 it was about 78 in the room. It never cooled down. We had to empty the dehumidifier as soon as we arrived and it filled up fast. The toilet ran most of the time. I reached out to him and he send someone, who's underwear was showing the entire time and was rude, to check on things and said it was fine. No further communication since then. Everything smelled damp and the pillows were gross. The towels were small and bathroom was not clean, there was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat when we arrived. The overall property was run down as well. When I arrived there was no one at the desk. We had to wait to get a luggage cart as they were locked up and you had to check it out. Two of the outdoor pools were out of service. The pools closed at 8 even before the sun was down. The indoor pool is awful. It is not heated, the hot tubs didn't have enough water in them and the whole place smelled like chemicals. The chemicals in the indoor pool are so bad that they burned my eyes just walking in. There is not direct beach access as you have to walk around the building and though the community access area. The over flow lot had a bunch of construction debris and we ended up getting a nail in our tire. My friend stated in another room at the same hotel and did not have nearly as many issues with her room.

Perfect spot right in the beach. Many places such as restaurants and shops we could walk to. Hotel is under some construction some things weren’t open. But there was still a pool open and access to the beach. Brought our 14 year old daughter and she loved it too. Would definitely stay here again.

The view was fantastic! The property needs some updating. The pictures on the site look nice but the furniture is old and dirty looking. Only one chair on the veranda. The beds were not comfortable. Could not get the Tv to work The hotel itself is still recovering from a hurricane with work being done. The beach is not accessible thru the hotel you have to go to the side street to access. 2 pools are open. The staff is friendly and helpful. The host was nice with early and late check in and out.

Excellent communication and would gladly stay there again.

The hotel wasn’t bad, the room was good. Great view. There was a lot of construction which I understand but it wasn’t disclosed before hand. Some other small issues, but overall not bad.

Loved the view..heated pool,hot tubs,sauna,& gym..the view was amazing..will be back
