There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, kid’s play area in the living room. There is a private pool too. A perfect home while visiting Orlando theme parks or just for getaway.brbrThere is enough parking space only for 2 cars in the driveway, parking on the grass and on the sidewalks is not allowed at all times, overnight street parking is not allowed (per association rules). Towing is strictly enforced by association. brbrThis is a very clean home located in Davenport off of route 27. It has a private heated swimming pool with jacuzzi, covered big size lanai, and garage with pool table. This house has private swimming pool (could be heated October - April per request for an additional $45/night or $260/week, 2 nights minimum). 24-hour notice is required. Please note that the heater is highly dependent on outside air temperature. If the outside temperature drops below 50F, the heater might not be efficient enough to bring the pool temperature to the set temperature. No refunds will be given in that situation as the heater was working per guest's request.brbrFully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee machine, blender, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washing machine. Laundry room. Pool towels provided.brbrHOUSEKEEPING: Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets, towels and pool towels are provided. We have a pest control company that treats inside and outside of the property regularly to exterminate insects. Despite that, you may still expect to see them occasionally as they can get into the house after treatment through open doors or the previous guest’s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects and lizards into the house. Please keep all doors and windows closed at all times.brbrPlease don't leave garbage bags outside of garbage bins, we have lots of raccoons and other wild animals present that might get to the garbage. brbrTRASH PICKUP: Regular garbage collection day is Monday and Recycle day is Friday. Enclose the regular garbage in trash bags and place in the bin with dark lid. Recycling trash does not need to be bagged. Please do NOT leave garbage bags outside of garbage bins, our garbage company does NOT pick up any loose items, only bins. brbrREPAIRS & SERVICE CALLS: We take pride in maintaining our house and perform regular maintenance to keep everything in good working order. It is impossible, however, to guarantee that all appliances, pool, etc. will be in working order 100% of the time. We can not be responsible for the acts of God, power outages, and weather events. We will, however, make every effort to correct any problem you encounter during your stay as soon as possible. Non-emergency maintenance issues will be handled during normal business hours. If you need emergency assistance for any reason, please contact us immediately. While we make every attempt to correct all issues as quickly as possible, no refunds will be made for mechanical failures of pool, appliances, electronics, or interruption/loss of utilities (including satellite TV, internet, etc).
