Stayed Nov 15, 2025We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The management team was amazing in all response. The heated pool made the trip so memorable for our little. Then the waterpark inside the resort was and extra added bonus for our non park days. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Villa was in a good location at the Windsor Island resort. The resort had a really nice pool and clubhouse which we enjoyed. The security around the resort was good although we experienced delays in getting in and out (especially around Labour Day where it was extremely busy). The pool in the villa was good and we used it daily. The washing machine and dryer and the games room were good.Areas to improve: the villa wasn’t as clean as we’d like when we arrived. The bedding didn’t feel the right quality or as clean as we’d like. There were no guides or instructions available for the Villa - we had to find out for ourself about the jacuzzi, oven and tv’s. The fencing around the pool was tired and it needs cushions on the seating outside. Whilst enjoyed our time at the villa it wasn’t as good as we’d expect.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Windsor was amazing. We arrived early so we went to the clubhouse and was able to check-in there. check-in was easy. We enjoyed the clubhouse while we waited for our rental home to be available.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025House was amazing it has a lot of space the house was clean it was a couple of mishaps on the bed linen in a couple of bedrooms had spots on them in the bedrooms downstairs it was warm so I got a fan out of the bedrooms upstairs other than that I will most definitely stay again

Stayed Mar 8, 2025Beautiful house professionally decorated and very large. It easily accommodated my large family gathering (at least 20 of us) and the amenities kept everybody satisfied. I was a little put off by the security process to enter the complex, the lines were long and if you do not indicate the names of who will be entering (if they are in a separate car) they will not be allowed to enter. The host was very helpful with this, adding the additional names very quickly after I reached out. If I needed that much space again, I would definitely stay here.
