Swimming pool is heated per request for an additional $45/night or $260/week (October through April). 24 hours notice is required. There is a 2 day heating minimum. Please note that the heater is highly dependent on outside air temperature. If the outside temperature drops below 50, the heater may not be efficient enough to bring the pool temperature to the set temperature. No Refunds will be given in that situation as the heater was working per guests’ request.brbrLiving Room:brAs you step inside, you are greeted by an open an airy living space that exudes comfort and style. A big chalkboard wall for kids and adults. A designated workplace (a desk and a chair) provides a perfect spot for those who work remotely. Please clean up after your dog (including backyard), the dog owner is responsible for their own waste bags (all dog waste has to be bagged before placed in the trash).
