The house, the view, the location and the amenities were all that we could have asked for. We are thinking of coming back again next year.brbrWe had six adults and four children for 10 days in March 2026. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate all of us. The kids loved the heated pool and their bedroom was plenty large enough to accommodate them. They loved the TV in their room as well. The kitchen had many extras that I did not expect but appreciated. Most reviews comment on how clean the house was and I agree! We also loved the screened in porch to relax and watch the boats. We would definitely like to book the house again. The host was very responsive to questions.brbrBEDROOMS & BATHROOMSbrThe primary suite offers a king bed, a slider gives you private access to the pool and the screened lania/pool area. Private bath with shower and a Smart tv. brbrThe second bedroom has a king bed and a large closet, a slider will lead you to the screened-in porch which has seating for watching the boats go by. This bedroom is very close to the guest bath. Plenty of space for your luggage/clothes along with a Smart tv.brbrThe third (largest) bedroom, we call the kids room, features 2 bunk beds which are 2 queen beds on the bottom and 2 twin beds on top. There is a sliding door outside to the outdoor ping pong table, bathroom access, and games for kids along with a Smart tv. br brThe fourth bedroom is connected by the pool and is steps from the main house. Guests will fight over this space, with a queen pool, big closet and your own bathroom, you are steps to the pool and the main house. brbrThe 3 full bathrooms offer a mix of showers and bathtubs, along with amenities like a hair dryers and iron. brbrKITCHEN & DINING brThe heart of the home is the bright, open-concept kitchen-fully stocked & perfect for cooking or hanging out. With plenty of prep space, seating, and a large dining table, everyone can gather here. We have a huge living and dining area so you get to relax with friends and family when your done enjoying the great outdoors. Enjoy all the conveniences of home during your stay with this place. When you walk in you see a large open kitchen area with a big dining table so all can gather and eat, relax or play some games. This is attached to a large living room with large window sliders with great views of the water and steps to your boat. We have a brand new large tv in the big living room. brbrLOUNGE SPACESbrThis house sits right on a point so you have great waterfront views. A large outdoor pool with area to grill with plenty of seating and lights, so you can use this space day or night. This connects to a covered patio facing the water. From all of these spaces you can easily access the house and with the great views, it will become your area to hang out and gather.brbrOff of the living room and kitchen are sliders which lead to a nice covered screened in area. This has seating and a great area to watch the water. This leads directly to the large pool area which is also enclosed. Here we have many areas to sit, watch the kids swim or grill out and enjoy the beautiful views. We have a propane gas grill for your use and and at night you can turn the outdoor lights on and you can continue to enjoy this area.brbrAll bedrooms have sliders, new tv's and easy access to a bathroom. Most all of the bedrooms have views of the water or the pool area. brbrIf bringing a boat or two the closest boat ramp is located at 2380 N. Suncoast Blvd, Crystal River. Ample parking with the driveway and its a short drive to restaurants, shops and tour operators. brbrThis area is called the Nature Coast and there is plenty of exploring to be done. brbrLegend has it sailors who had been at sea many months would see mermaids and bring these stories back to shore. It is now believed what they might have been seeing were manatees as they inhabit many areas around the world. Here in Crystal River we have manatees!!!!brbrWINTER AND EARLY SPRINGbrThe manatees flock to this area for the warm spring water and you have to be careful...they are everywhere.......brbrSUMMERbrSummer is scallop season (July through September) and it is very fun to go scalloping. They are out in the gulf in the grass flats in an area which varies in depth from 3 to 8 feet. This makes scalloping fun for all ages! brThere are a few full-time resident manatees who stay in Crystal River year-round. You have to keep a very keen eye out to see them. brbrPlease contact me if you would like to look into a month or longer rental. We do rent out for a month or longer and can discount the price depending on the length of stay.
