The house was built on stilts by Mr. Ireland in1870 . He sold the house to Grey Fulford in 1931. Grey moved the house on to land.brHe married Priscilla Pringle and lived there until 1989.brThe cottage has original hardwood floors, marble counter tops ,and beautiful views. The cottage has a king bed, pull out couch in the second bedroom , dish washer, built in refrigerator, gas stove, large microwave, grill, table and chairs on the back deck.
