What an incredible place! The pool was so warm we hardly left it! Lots of room in the pool with a fun waterfall and a shallow landing area. Lots of water toys available.The outdoor covered patio area was exceptional! So much room to enjoy the day, play pingpong, eat dinner and spread out. We hardly ever went inside! There was always many eyes in the little ones by the pool.The kitchens had everything we needed. 3 bathrooms are great. The shower and stand alone tub in the master bath were amazing! The dock was so much fun for our little ones to fish off. We saw a mandate swim by one morning!The location was fantastic. We walked to the beach with little children many evenings to watch the sunset and enjoy the beautiful sand. We bought bait and rented a boat from the place 1/2 block away.

The host was the absolute best host. The house was the best. A great vacation

the host was excellent, easy to get ahold of. shared with us places to go got us extra fishing poles for the kids. the place was very clean. lots of room to hang overall great experience.

We had a wonderful time! House was very clean and in the absolute safest area. The pool was beautiful and warm. We were able to bring our 20 ft boat, launch at the on property boat ramp and tie up to the on property dock. The canal was a very short distance from the intercoastal waterway. The master bed was very comfortable and we could even bring our dog! Absolutely fabulous stay, will rent again!!

We were so impressed and pleased with this house. Lots of parking, plenty of room and the patio with the pool is simply awesome! We had an amazing time! We were celebrating my 50th Birthday and this place was perfect for the party. There were all kinds of things in the kitchen to help us with the party, and the downstairs kitchen had a bar that was perfect for a buffet style layout. Many of the people who attended are thinking of staying at the house for a trip to one of the most beautiful places in Florida.

Everything was wonderful for our large family!

The pool was not heated, then the owner put in a claim that it broke when we stayed there. We were hardly there anyway due the Lacrosse tournament. We had a Pool Cleaning company owner staying with us and looked at the motor, it was blown before we got there.

Jackie is an incredible host. This property will not disappoint!

Great location and house for a large family

Highly reccommend! Very spacious with an amazing pool area. Only wish we would've brought a boat, butfishing off the dock was fun too.

We stayed with a large group and young kids. Pool is perfect for little ones with a large shallow step. Boat ramp onsite is extremely convenient, plenty of room to park trucks, cars and trailers. Having the downstairs kitchen by the pool AND the upstairs main kitchen gave us plenty of fridge space for multiple families. House is located a quick boat ride from Eggmont, Tampa Bay, and lots of inshore fishing. Jackie was extremely responsive and proactive. We will definitely be back.

The property was well equipped, the host was amazing and very helpful. We loved the location and the lay out of the property. The pool was extremely nice, and the outside area was enclosed and absolutely wonderful. I can not think of a single thing that was not above par. We will be returning and using this host and property for sure.

There were 5 adults and one toddler in our group. The absolute best part of this property is the pool and the pool area. The pool was a perfect temperature for all of us and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The upstairs area of the house is beautiful and very spacious, with a separate kitchen, dining, and living area from the downstairs.The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The property is a short drive from fabulous beaches and despite the high winds while we were there, we had a wonderful time at Coquins Beach.

It’s an awesome location! The hangout area on the lower level is really cool, and it’s in closed which is so nice. It’s 2 completely separate levels with separate kitchens and bathrooms. Great for 2 families! The pool area is so nice. The canal access for boats and kayaks is so nice. The proximity to the beaches on AMI and Coquina is so nice. The host is so nice. Great property.

We all enjoyed our stay. The pool, the scenery, the amenities and truly everything else were great. I would definitely recommend!

We had a small family group, along with my little dog, and this was the perfect place! We fished from the dock, cooked on the grill, and enjoyed both the patio beneath and the balcony patio. The heated pool was the best! The location was very close to beautiful Bradenton and Anna Maria Island beaches in a quiet neighborhood. Jackie was the most wonderful host! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

We wanted to escape the winter chill and spend time with our family over the holiday. Communication was great, amenities were amazing, I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will certainly be back.
