We have very limited parking on property. brbrVISITORS AT THE POOL: Our pool is built to accommodate max occupancy of each unit comfortable and safely. Our first priority is making sure our guests have access to the pool, therefore outside visitors are not permitted to use the pool. brbrNO VAPING/SMOKING is allowed whatsoever inside the unit. This is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found indoors, you will be subject to an additional fee of $250. Smoking is allowed on porches only, with slider doors shut. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.brbrNO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.brbrNO UNDERAGE DRINKING.brbrGeneral check in time is 2PM and Checkout time is 10AM. Door codes do not activate until set check-in time. Early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $250.brbrEXTENDED STAYS: For bookings that exceed 10 days, an additional Service Clean is required weekly. This additional fee can be paid through the booking site, or cash left for cleaner. brbrPEST CONTROL: In Florida, and many other tropical environments, it’s very common to see bugs and critters. We do our best to keep them out with quarterly pest service but they may occasionally sneak in or into the property. It happens and unfortunately some things are just out of our control. Let us know if you notice something and we will have someone come out to inspect or service as soon as possible.brbrPET POLICY: We love furry friends, but this property is pet-free without exceptions. Fines and termination of the agreement will be assessed if this rule is broken. brbrLegitimate Service Animals are welcome exempt of a pet fee and MUST follow these ADA guidelines:brbr-Must remain under handler control at all times.brbr-Cannot be left alone in the property for any period of time (crated or loose)brbr-Must inform us of the task they are trained to perform and if they are needed due to a disability.brbr-Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by the service animal.brbr-Must be house broken.brbrPer booking site policy and ADA regulations, Emotional Support Animals are not provided with the same protection as service animals and are not exempt from paying a pet fee. brbrUSE OF GRILL: Guests are responsible for cleaning off any stuck food and spills as a result of their use. Food stuck to or excessive grease splattered on the BBQ grill will result in an extra cleaning charge of $50. Guest is responsible for following any specific instructions posted in the home or at the grill.
