We were very comfortable here. I always felt safe. It was very clean. And the beach was beautiful! The communication with the owners was excellent! Everything you need is right here. I would definitely stay here again! Loved it!!

Loved everything. Only critique was the outside light from the two story behind it shown into the bedroom, even with blinds closed.

Enjoyed the location and being away from all the resort traffic. Would stay there again.

The place was in convention area to beach and walking distance to restaurants. Only difficult we had was there was no parking space in drive way for unit. Only street parking which was pretty full.

Unit was very clean and check in was smooth.

Perfect location for us to spend a week at the beach! This bungalow has everything you need to have your ideal week on Clearwater Beach. Clean, comfortable and convenient. This is our second year in a row staying at this particular house and we will rebook for next year! Love it!

All was great except the TV in the living room is old and difficult to use. We watched the TV in the bedroom which worked well.

The location was perfect! Short walk to the beach. About a 1 mile walk down the beach to Pier 60. 1 mile walk to downtown to shops & restaurants. Our host always responded immediately. The cottage had everything you would need.

This adorable cottage is a perfect getaway for couples or a small family. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, pier 60 and many other fun activities. The beautiful beach is literally steps away from the cottage and a wonderful pizza cafe called Alba is one street over. We loved it so much we ate there twice for lunch! The cottage was very clean and had everything you would need to be comfortable. I highly recommend this cottage!!

We loved this little cottage! it was as described, and cute as a button! Great bed, kitchen was spacious for the size of the cottage, great light. Very nice! Only issue was the internet. It was very difficult getting connection, and if the TV was connected to the internet (or not) watching TV was impossible. Hubs is an avid news/U Tube watcher, and we weren't able to get reception that was in any way consistent (just spins and spins) the entire time. No worries for me, I don't come to the beach to watch TV, but Hubs was totally frustrated by internet/ phone connection on the island; it did make it extremely difficult to park b/c all the spaces in town were pay by scanning. to phone and that was a beating! Otherwise 5 star trip and I'd definitely come back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was clean and nicely furnished. It was close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Used the furnished kitchen every morning for breakfast. Great communication with the host. Beach chairs and towels are a nice touch.

Relaxing one week stay at adorable and comfortable cottage by the beach. Extra towels, great shower and clean rooms! Master bed with ceiling fans. Living area also has a fan as did the screened in window tight sunroom. Better than I expected and walking distance to diners and shops!We plan on staying again. Our hosts were in touch via the App as we did reach out and got back a quick response.

This was the perfect cottage— we were so close to the beach and it’s such a cute, cozy and convenient place. The communication from the owners is great and so easy to get set up. If we make it to Clearwater beach again 20 Cambria st will be our first choice to try and stay again. We loved it

We had a great stay in this beach side cottage.Only two of us in the group but I would say the cottage would sleep 4 comfortably.Plenty of room and the bed is very comfortable.Plenty of Utensils for cooking but no oil or salt and pepper.The location is perfect. I didn’t even put my sandals on to walk to the beach.The local dive bar called shipwrecked is a great spot to meet the locals and enjoy a cold beer at the end of the day.The street has free parking which is rare in Clearwater. The north side of Clearwater beach is much more relaxed than the south side of the beach and in my opinion more enjoyable.Less than a mile walk to the pier so it was close enough to head to the south end of the beach if you’d like to explore that end where there is a huge selection of restaurants.Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed stay with sun, beach and fun. We will definitely be returning to Clearwater in the future and will stay in this cottage.

The apartment was better than expected...large kitchen and bathroom, TVs in living room and bedroom, sun porch and outdoor patio, freshly renovated and fully stocked with bathroom supplies and beach goodies like coolers, chairs, etc. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach on a quiet side street. Matt and Jen were consummate hosts with great communication before and after we arrived, and accommodated all our requests. We felt like we were home and didn't want to leave! CVS, restaurants and shopping were a few blocks down Mandalay Rd., and nothing but sand and quiet residential areas in the other direction. A experience.

Just as pictured and promised plus. Easy access to the beach and nice that beach towels and chairs were provided. Great location. Patio was nice bonus and we didn’t use the driveway but parking space was provided.

We had an amazing stay at this little beach cottage. It was even better in person. We were so happy when we arrived and looked around the space. It was adorable, clean, comfortable and bigger than anticipated. We wished we could have stayed longer. It was super close to the beach ( maybe a two to three minute walk) and we enjoyed the chairs that were provided, plus access to the hose right out front so we could rinse off, ourselves and the chairs before going back inside. We also enjoyed the patio space and the little table outside. My son and his wife met us there to spend a day on the beach with us, and they loved the space too, and took down info to rent the cottage for themselves in the future. I would highly recommend this sweet little beach cottage.

This was like having your own little house on the beach! It was a very comfortable place—they have lots of extras that you don’t think you need until you need it! The location is the best and the street ends in the beach!

There for spring training, beach time and family visiting our place was steps away from a beautiful beach and close enough to walk to local restaurants and shops.

We wanted a quiet cottage get away on the beach and that's exactly what we got. Clean, comfortable, and great location!

I stayed in this clean little cottage with 2 friends. The beautiful white sandy beach is just steps away and provide a gorgeous foreground for beautiful sunset photos. It was nice to have ice already made when we walked through the door. The bed was comfortable and the pull out bed just needed a little padding on the bar. We would definitely return for another visit.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great property with decent amenities and a pain free check-in process. Short walk to the beach with some beach apparel provided such as chairs, umbrella, cooler, and toys. Some minor damage / wear and tear in the unit, but everything was useable. Would rent again.

The cottage was just as described in the online write up and photos. Very clean with lots of nice amenities and truly only steps away from the beach. I will definitely come back again when I can!

Property was clean, had what we needed, plus had extras like beach chairs, towels, and umbrella which is a must if flying in. Had nice patio area and enclosed porch for bouts of rain. Manger was very responsive and helpful. Very short walk to beach and good proximity to shops and restaurants. Felt safe and comfortable in the area.
