The lower level pool deck is where most spend their time when not out at the beach or hiking the island. Our 2nd-floor walk-up condo features a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, dining area, and full kitchen. The screened lanai is off the living room and faces directly out to the Gulf of Mexico. You can stare out over the courtyard to the beach and see the world-famous Captiva Island sunsets every day. Rest and relax in our newly furnished bedroom with a king-sized bed. There is one full bathroom just off the hallway nearby. In the living room, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a full Murphy bed for additional guests. We've also added a washer and dryer in the unit for extra convenience. We also provide beach towels. The Beach Villas complex is great in that it has its heated pool (2 others on site as well), tennis, BBQ, high-speed wireless internet, and beach access. As the Beach Villas are located at the South End of the resort, even though you won't have access to the resort amenities, you can easily get to the shops and restaurants in the Captiva Village area.
