New! Modern 3 Bed Townhome on North Captiva Island w/Beachfront views

We loved our stay at this townhouse on North Captiva. The property manager Jenny was outstanding. She met us at the dock upon arrival with someone to help move our luggage/groceries. While they took care of that she showed us around and gave us the jist of the island. She was very responsive to any question/request. The property was in a great location and well stocked with everything we needed. The six person golf cart was a great perk for our group. The pictures now reflect it better, but one of the bedrooms is a bit small with access through the upstairs bathroom. It worked for us, but might be awkward depending on the composition of your group.

Beautiful furnishings, gorgeous view from porch, great kitchen for cooking. Porch swing was a plus and peaceful afternoon spot.

First time in N. Captiva. Great pool and beach days, along with beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed kayaking to see Manatee, tennis, pool and pickleball daily! Quiet, friendly island! Beautiful place to stay overlooking the water from screened in balcony.

Such a great spot on North Captiva! Close to everything and part of Safety Harbor Club, so pool and courts included. Jenny and her team were fantastic for pick up, drop off and everything in between. Additionally, the house decor was super-cute. They’ve done an awesome job with this property.

This is a great place stay for a visit to North Captiva. The property manager, Jenny, and the owner were incredibly helpful and responsive. The townhouse is comfortable and has everything you need. We used their kayaks with the launch right out the front, docked our boat steps away, enjoyed the beaches and pool, and everything the island had to offer from a great central location. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is an excellent property for a relaxing Florida vacation. My wife and I stayed for a week with our two young kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. 10/10 highly recommend and we will be back again next year.

The townhouse had plenty of space. We had all the supplies needed to cook our meals. It is conveniently located on the Island. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

We could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. The location was perfect and the host and his team were first class. If you are looking for a beautiful townhome in a perfect location don't look any further than here!

I cannot say enough great things about this property! 1. Host and property representatives - AMAZING communication 2. Amazing views - even saw dolphins swimming from sitting on the screened in porch and while kayaking on the 2 kayaks provided. Launched them right in front of the house. 3. Golf Cart was great for exploring the island 4. Home is clean and packs a punch! Everything we needed was there. Decorated just perfect. Kitchen was well stocked. Screened in porch was great, especially on a rainy day. The master even had a king bed which was a nice surprise as the listing stated 2 queens! 5. Getting to the island made us nervous taking a ferry and having groceries delivered, but with the help of the host - it was so easy! We ordered groceries to be delivered to the ferry from Fresh Picked Groceries. SUPER EASY! It's more expensive, however there is one little store on the island and while it has SOME things - they are very expensive. 6. We ordered a seafood boil from Chef Becca. She brought it over on the ferry (which docks within a stones throw from the house) and we picked it up! 7. Had dinner at Over the Waterfront which is right in front of the home. Great food! Just have to make sure you make a reservation (they are only open limited hours) 8. The island is still recovering from the hurricane, but that did not stop us from having a great time. The island is still beautiful and lots to do! Was a perfect week to relax with friends. We will definitely be back!
